越南诚达BIP丨U9 cloud数智化项目启动会合影
2026年10月12日，用友网络越南公司与越南诚达（CÔNG TY TNHH TỔNG HỢP CHENG DA V，以下简称“越南诚达”）在越南诚达公司举行用友BIP丨U9 cloud数智化项目启动会。项目将以U9 cloud数智化为核心，建设符合越南会计准则与税务要求的财务管理平台，打通业务与财务数据，并支持越南语操作，为越南诚达的数智化管理打下基础。
On October 12, 2026, Yonyou Vietnam and CÔNG TY TNHH TỔNG HỢP CHENG DA V (“Cheng Da Vietnam”) held the kick-off meeting for their Yonyou U9cloud project at Cheng Da Vietnam’s office. Built on Yonyou BIP|U9cloud, the project will establish a finance management platform that complies with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and local tax requirements, connects business and financial data, and supports operation in Vietnamese, laying the foundation for Cheng Da Vietnam’s digital management.

Cheng Da Vietnam is part of Cheng Da Group (CHENG DA CO., LTD.) and is located in an industrial park in southern Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City. The company is engaged in footwear manufacturing.

用友越南售前顾问马占清、客户经理靳玲玲、项目经理熊雨哲及实施项目组，与越南诚达业务技术负责人唐经理及财务陈经理（项目经理）出席启动会。用友项目团队介绍了项目目标与实施范围、里程碑计划、双方项目组织与职责分工，以及实施方法与项目管理机制。
Yonyou Vietnam Presales Consultant Ma Zhanqing, Account Manager Jin Lingling, Project Manager Xiong Yuzhe and the implementation team attended the meeting alongside Manager Tang, Business and Technology Lead of Cheng Da Vietnam, and the finance team. The Yonyou project team presented the project objectives and scope, the milestone plan, the organization and responsibilities of both project teams, and the implementation methodology and project management mechanisms.
双方明确，越南诚达将确定项目负责人与各模块关键用户，并组建IT团队，在实施过程中同步学习系统基础设置与运维，逐步具备独立运维的能力。
Both sides agreed that Cheng Da Vietnam will appoint a project lead and key users for each module, and set up an IT team that learns system configuration and maintenance alongside the implementation, gradually building the capability to run the system independently.
会上，越南诚达财务团队还围绕海关进出口单据的归档与查询、纸质单据扫描上传等实际业务场景与项目组展开交流，相关需求将在方案阶段进一步评估。
During the meeting, the Cheng Da Vietnam finance team also discussed practical scenarios with the project team, such as filing and retrieving customs import and export documents and scanning paper documents into the system. These requirements will be further assessed during solution design.

项目范围与目标
项目围绕三个目标展开：
The project is built around three objectives:
一是合规核算：按越南会计科目、辅助核算与会计政策建账，依照越南会计准则与税法出具资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表三大财务报表，以及账龄分析、回款执行情况等管理报表；
Compliant accounting: set up the books with the Vietnamese chart of accounts, auxiliary accounting and accounting policies, and produce the three core financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement) under VAS and Vietnamese tax law, together with management reports such as aging analysis and collection performance;
二是业财打通：应收、应付业务单据自动生成会计凭证，销售与采购发票数据实时传递至财务，往来账与总账实时对账；固定资产卡片自动生成凭证，并按越南法规每月自动计提折旧与分摊；
Business–finance integration: generate accounting vouchers automatically from receivable and payable documents, pass sales and purchase invoice data to finance in real time, and reconcile receivables and payables with the general ledger in real time; generate vouchers from fixed asset cards and run monthly depreciation and allocation in line with Vietnamese regulations;
三是本地化与可扩展：系统支持越南语操作，本地员工上手快；在统一平台上沉淀业财数据，后续可根据业务需要扩展更多模块。
Localization and scalability: support operation in Vietnamese so that local staff can get started quickly, and accumulate business and financial data on one platform, so that more modules can be added as the business requires.
实施范围方面，本期以越南诚达一家公司为实施组织，上线U9 cloud总账、应收管理、应付管理、固定资产四大财务模块，并配置越南语多语环境与越南三大财务报表。
In terms of scope, this phase covers Cheng Da Vietnam as a single legal entity and deploys four U9cloud finance modules—general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets—together with the Vietnamese language environment and the three Vietnamese statutory financial statements.
—— Implementation Approach ——
实施路径
项目由具备国内ERP与越南本地化实施经验的项目经理带队，越南本地顾问负责越南语沟通与培训。项目采用用友标准实施方法，按项目规划、蓝图设计、系统建设、上线切换与持续支持等阶段稳步推进。双方将共同完成业务调研、方案设计、基础数据与期初数据准备、系统测试与用户培训，并重点做好期初数据核对，确保应收应付、固定资产等业务数据与总账数据一致。
The project is led by a project manager with ERP implementation experience in both China and Vietnam, while a local Vietnamese consultant handles communication and training in Vietnamese. Following Yonyou’s standard implementation methodology, the project will move steadily through planning, blueprint design, system build, go-live cutover and ongoing support. The two teams will jointly carry out business research, solution design, master and opening data preparation, system testing and user training, with particular attention to verifying opening balances so that receivables, payables and fixed asset data match the general ledger.
项目期间，双方以周报、周例会和专项研讨会同步进展与问题；上线后，用友将陪同完成首月结账，随后转入运维团队提供持续支持。
Throughout the project, weekly reports, weekly meetings and dedicated workshops will keep both sides aligned on progress and issues. After go-live, Yonyou will support Cheng Da Vietnam through its first month-end close before handing over to the support team for ongoing service.
