Business activity documents issued by the Chinese domestic trade partner, such as invitation letters like trade fair invitations. These should include: the invitee's name, gender, date of birth, purpose of coming to China, arrival and departure dates, place of visit, relationship with the inviting unit or inviter, and source of expenses; the inviting unit's name or the inviter's name, contact phone number, address, official seal of the unit, and signature of the legal representative or inviter.

二，申请流程 Application Process

1，在中国签证中心官网建立个人账号

Create a personal account on the official website of the China Visa Application Service Center

2，填写并上传签证申请表

Fill out and upload the visa application form

3，上传所有支持性材料（如护照，照片等）

Upload all supporting documents (e.g., passport, photos, etc.)

4，等待线上申请审核，通过后在邮件查看并打印签证申请凭证

Wait for the online application review. After approval, check and print the Visa Application Confirmation via email

5，根据不同国家材料要求带上所有材料去签证中心递交

Bring all documents to the visa application center for submission according to the material requirements of different countries

6，采集指纹（如需要)

Collect fingerprints (if required)

7，在签证申请中心递交时交费

Pay the fee when submitting the application at the visa application center

8，等待出签后凭取证单领取证件

After waiting for the visa to be issued, collect the document with the collection slip
