1️⃣ 注销原单位有效工作许可

Terminate the current valid FWP

先将原单位名下有效的外国人工作许可完成注销，为后续变更扫清障碍。

First terminate the current valid work permit.

2️⃣ 单位名称变更（如有）

Change of Company's Name (If Any)

若公司名称同步变更，需先登录：

全国人力资源和社会保障政务服务平台（www.12333.gov.cn）

If changed, please log in:

National Online Government Service Platform for Human Resources and Social Security

操作路径：登录 → 认证中心 → 用户中心 → 账号安全 → 修改单位信息 → 上传营业执照 → 提交审核

Operation Steps:

Log in → Authentication Center → User Center → Account Security → Modify Company Information → Upload Business License → Submit for Review

3️⃣ 外国人来华工作管理系统更新单位信息

Update Company Information in the Service System for Foreigners Working in China

人社平台单位信息审核通过后，进入外国人来华工作管理服务系统补充材料，提交单位信息变更。

Once the employer information update has been reviewed and approved by the National Online Government Service Platform for Human Resources and Social Security, proceed to the Service System for Foreigners Working in China to supplement materials and submit the employer information change for review.

🚨 重要提醒提交后无需等线上审核，直接携带材料原件 + 复印件（加盖单位公章）到窗口现场审核！

No need to wait for online review, directly bring original + copies (stamped with official seal) to the window for on-site check.

4️⃣ 重新申请外籍员工工作许可

Reapply for FWP for Employees

单位信息变更审核通过后，即可为外籍员工正常申请新的工作许可证，完成全流程办结。
