PART1
申请工作许可（电子社保卡）用人单位需要满足哪些条件?
1，依法设立，无违法失信记录
Legally established with no illegal or untrustworthy records.
2，聘用岗位国内暂缺人选且不违反国家规定
The position to be filled is temporarily unavailable domestically and does not violate national regulations.
3，支付聘用外国人的薪资不低于当地最低工作标准
The salary paid to the foreign employee is not lower than the local minimum wage standard.
PART2
申请人需要满足哪些条件呢?
1，年满18周岁，身体健康，无犯罪记录
At least 18 years old, in good health, and with no criminal record.
2，境内有确定的用人单位，具有必需的专业技能或知识水平
Having a confirmed employer in China and possessing the necessary professional skills or knowledge.
3，为国内急需紧缺的专业人员
Being a professional urgently needed in China.
PART3
需要准备哪些材料呢？
1，申请人护照或国际旅行证件（有效期不少于6个月）
Applicant's passport or international travel document (valid for at least 6 months).
2，申请人6个月内正面免冠照片
Recent 6-month frontal bareheaded photo of the applicant.
3，最高学位（学历）证书或职业资格证明
Highest academic degree certificate or professional qualification certificate.
4，工作资历证明（由申请人原工作过的单位出具，包括职位、工作时间或曾经做过的项目，由公司盖章与负责人签字）
Work experience certificate (issued by the applicant's previous employer, including position, working period or projects involved, with the company's official seal and signature of the responsible person).
5，无犯罪记录证明
No-criminal-record certificate.
6，体检证明
Medical examination certificate.
7，聘用合同（包括工作地点、工作内容、薪酬、来华工作时间、职位、盖章签字页）
Employment contract (including work location, work content, salary, duration of work in China, position, and the page with official seal and signature of the responsible person).
