工作类居留证件（二年期）
（two-year）residence permits for work
Who can apply:
1.Departmental managers of “operation-oriented enterprises” enterprises;
2.Those holding a Two-year Type A Work Permit for Foreigners;
3.Those holding a Two-year Type L-B Shanghai Residence Permit.
1、“营运中心”企业的部门管理人员；
2、持有效期2年A类《外国人工作许可通知》的人员；
3、持有效期2年L类《上海市居住证》B卡的人员。

Who can apply:
1.Legal representatives, general managers, deputy general managers and chief financial officers of “operation-oriented enterprises” enterprises;
2.Departmental managers of high-tech enterprises, encouraged foreign-invested enterprises, foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises and foreign-invested goods-exporting enterprises;
3.Staff at the regional headquarters (or headquarters-type organizations) of transnational corporations, headquarters of private enterprises, or trade based headquarters in Shanghai;
4.Department managers of enterprises with registered capital of more than USD 3 million;
5.Those holding a Three-year Type A Work Permit for Foreigners;
6.Those holding a Three-year Type L-B Shanghai Residence Permit;

1.Departmental managers at the a regional headquarters (or headquarters-type organizations) of transnational corporations, investment companies, headquarters of private enterprises, or trade based headquarters in Shanghai;
2.Departmental managers and researchers at R&D centers;
3.Those holding a Four-year Type A Work Permit for Foreigners;
4.Those holding a Four-year Type L-B Shanghai Residence Permit;
1、跨国公司上海地区总部（或总部型机构）、投资性公司、民营企业总部或者贸易型总部的部门管理人员；
2、研发中心的部门管理人员和科研人员；
3、持有效期4年A类《外国人工作许可通知》的人员；
4、持有效期4年L类《上海市居住证》B卡的人员；
工作类居留证件（五年期）
（five-year）residence permits for work
Who can apply:
1. Those who have won a Shanghai “Honorary Citizen,” “Magnolia Gold Award” or “Magnolia Silver Award”;
2. Legal representatives, general managers, deputy general managers and chief financial officers of high-tech enterprises, encouraged foreign-invested enterprises, foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises, foreign-invested goods-exporting enterprises, regional headquarters (or headquarters-type organizations) of transnational corporations, R&D centers, investment companies, headquarters of private enterprises, trade based headquarters, or enterprises with registered capital of more than USD 3 million in Shanghai;
3. Foreign experts and scholars invited by key institutions of higher learning and research institutes, and well-known enterprises in China;
4. High-level foreign management and professional and technical talents certified by the competent department of human resources and the competent department of scientific and technological innovation in Shanghai;
5. Foreign members of the innovation and entrepreneurship teams that are introduced by key development fields and industries in China;
6. Foreign members of the work teams that are led by the foreigners who have made significant contributions and are in the special demand of China.
7. Foreign high-level technical talents with five-year tenure;
8. Those who have been granted a one-year (or above) residence permit for work in Shanghai for two consecutive times, and who have not violated laws or regulations;
9. Chinese with foreign nationality working in Shanghai;
10. Those holding a Five-year Type A Work Permit for Foreigners;
11. Those holding a Five-year (or above) Type L-B Shanghai Residence Permit;
12. Foreigners working in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-Gang Special Area.
13. Outstanding foreign graduates from key majors of domestic or internationally renowned universities working in Shanghai.
14. Foreign high-skilled professionals who have obtained professional qualifications overseas and are working in Shanghai.
1、获得上海市“荣誉市民”，或“白玉兰荣誉奖”，或“白玉兰纪念奖”的人员；
2、高新技术企业、鼓励类外商投资企业、外商投资先进技术企业、外商投资产品出口企业、跨国公司上海地区总部（或总部型机构）、研发中心、投资性公司、民营企业总部、贸易型总部或者注册资金在300万美元以上企业的法定代表人、总经理、副总经理、财务总监；
3、国内重点高等院校、科研院所和知名企业邀请的外国专家学者；
4、上海人才主管部门、科技创新主管部门认定的外籍高层次管理和专业技术人才；
5、国内重点发展领域、行业引进的创新创业团队外籍成员；
6、由有重大突出贡献以及国家特别需要的外国人带领的工作团队外籍成员；
7、任期为五年的外籍高端技术人才；
8、在沪连续两次申请办理1年(含）以上工作类居留证件且无违法违规问题的；
9、在上海工作的外籍华人；
10、持有效期5年A类《外国人工作许可通知》的人员；
11、持有效期5年以上（含5年）L类《上海市居住证》B卡的人员；
12、在上海自贸区临港新片区工作的人员；
13、在上海工作的国内重点高校或国际知名高校重点专业优秀外籍毕业生；
14、取得境外职业资格并在上海工作的外籍高技能人才。
工作类居留证件(加注人才)

Who can apply:
1.Foreign high-level talents introduced by the Chinese government;
2.High-level talentsrecognized by the competent department of human resources in Shanghai;
3.Senior industry professionals employed by organizations included in the Shanghai sci-tech innovation occupation list.

基本材料：
Basic Documents
1. Original, valid passport and visa;
A Visa and Residence Permit Application Form for Foreigners, and the applicant shall go to the local exit-entry administration of public security organs in person to take a free photograph, or the applicant who meets the relevant requirement of applying for visa without coming in person shall submit one color identification photo (taken within 6 months, white background, 2-inch, bareheaded, without modification, photographic paper printed, without smears);
A health certificate issued by a domestic entry-exit inspection and quarantine department within the past 6 months (applicants under 18 and over 70 are exempt from this requirement);
An application letter from the applicant’s organization (indicating its unified social credit code);
Notification Letter of Foreigner's Work Permit in the People's Republic of China
1、有效护照及签证原件；
2、《外国人签证证件申请表》，申请人需本人至本市出入境管理部门进行免费拍照，符合代办条件的申请人需提交一张彩色证件照片（六个月内近照、白底、二寸、免冠、无修改、相纸冲印、无污痕）；
3、国内出入境检验检疫部门6个月内出具的健康证明（18周岁以下和70周岁以上者免交）；
4、单位申请公函（注明统一社会信用代码）；
5、工作许可通知
