5️⃣聘用合同或任职证明；

6️⃣工作资历证明；

7️⃣申请人护照；

8️⃣申请人有效签证或有效居留许可;

9️⃣申请人6个月内正面免冠照片;

✅ 优势：首次办理门槛较低

首次申请外国人来华工作许可，申报材料相对简单，无硬性学历要求，对外籍投资人初次办理十分友好。

⚠️劣势：延期手续繁杂，材料要求多

工作许可到期办理延期时，主管部门会核查企业实际经营状况，需要提交投资人所属公司的经营情况、纳税记录、社保缴纳凭证等多项佐证材料，延期申报的材料繁琐，准备工作量较大。

✅ Pros: Low threshold for new application

For new application for FWP, documentation requirements are relatively straightforward. academic qualification documents isn't mandatory.

⚠️Cons: Cumbersome renewal procedures

For subsequent renewal applications, extensive supporting documents will be requested, including the investor-owned company’s business status, tax payment records and social security contribution certificates,sales invoices and other operational supporting materials. Renewal paperwork tends to be cumbersome.
