虽然口语不是必考项目，
但也能看出其重要性大大增加了。

第一节 四六级口语考试说明
大学英语四、六级考试口语考试（ CET Spoken English Test ，简称 CET-SET ）用于测量我国大学生 运用英语进行口头交际的能力。
考试分为全国大学英语四级口语考试 (CET-SET4)，全国大学英语六级口语考试 (CET-SET6)。
1. 报考资格
从 2016 年开始报考资格改为： 四级口语考试：2012 年 6 月及以后全国大学英语四级（含网考）考试成绩为 425 分及以上。 六级口语考试：2012 年 6 月及以后全国大学英语六级（含网考）考试成绩为 425 分及以上。
2016 年 11 月起，口试不需要笔试过一定分数线才能报考，完成当次的四六级笔试报考就能报考口 语考试（非必考），口试笔试分开考。
2. 考核要求及考核的技能
大学英语四、六级口语考试主要考核学生的英语口头表达能力，具体为：就熟悉话题进行比较流利的会话能力；表达个人意见、情感、观点的能力；陈述事实、理由和描述事件的能力。考试采用计算机 化考试。考生在计算机上进行考生与模拟考官、考生与考生之间的互动。请提前登录全国大学英语四、 六级考试网站（www.cet.edu.cn），熟悉考试流程。
口语部分考核学生就熟悉的话题用英语进行口头表达与交流的能力。
口语部分考核技能如下：
A. 口头阐述 01 陈述事实、理由、观点等 02 描述任务、事件、现象等
B. 口头互动 03 交换意见、交流情感和观点等 04 争辩、解释、论证等
C. 运用口头交际策略 05 运用适合的口头表达与交流的策略帮助表达
3. 考试时间 口语考试每年举行两次，分别在 5 月和 11 月。
4. 报考方法和成绩查询
考生登录全国大学英语四、六级考试网站（www.cet.edu.cn）点击 <CET 口试报名 > 栏目进行报名完 成信息填报、选择考点、网上缴费等报名手续，考试费为 50 元。 考生也可以安装“CET”手机 APP，完成报名。“CET”手机 APP现在具备口试报名、口试准考证打印、 口试成绩推送等功能。成功完成报名的考生登录全国大学英语四、六级考试网站（www.cet.edu.cn）或手 机 APP 自行打印准考证；考生的考试具体时间及地点均以准考证上所示为准，不得更改。
成绩查询时间，分别为每年的八月和二月的中下旬，与笔试成绩一同公布。具体发布的时间和方式 以全国大学英语四、六级考试网站（www.cet.edu.cn）发布的公告为准。成绩报告单将同时报道口试成绩 及同一考次的笔试成绩，如考生仅参加笔试，成绩报告单照常发放，口试成绩栏部分显示为空；成绩单 将发至笔试报考学校。
注：天津、安徽、云南、重庆的考生须按照本省规定的时间和方法进行报考。
5. 考试地点 北京、天津、河北、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、湖北、 湖南、广东、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃和新疆等地均设有考点。
第二节 四级口语考试须知
一、 考核要求
四级口语要求考生能用英语就熟悉的话题进行简短但多话轮的交谈；能对一般性事件和现象进行简 单的叙述或描述；经准备后能就熟悉的话题作简短发言。语言表达较清楚，语音、语调和语法基本正确。 能运用基本的口头表达与交流的策略。
二、 考试内容与形式
四级口试采用计算机化考试形式。模拟考官及试题呈现在计算机屏幕上，试题材料采用文字或画面 提示（图画、图表、照片等）。考生由计算机系统随机编排为两人一组。考生在计算机上进行考生与模 拟考官、考生与考生之间的互动。考试包含四个任务，考试总时间约 15 分钟。
考试内容及流程如下：
热身 自我介绍
根据考官指令，每位考生作一个简短的自我介绍。 考试时间约 1 分钟。
每位考生发言 20 秒 （两位考生依次进行）
任务 1 短文朗读
考生准备 45 秒后朗读一篇 120 词左右的短文。 考试时间约 2 分钟。
每位考生朗读 1 分钟 （两位考生同步进行）
任务 2 简短回答
考生回答 2 个与朗读短文有关的问题。 考试时间约 1 分钟。
每位考生发言 40 秒 （两位考生同步进行）
任务 3 个人陈述
考生准备 45 秒后，根据所给提示作陈述。 考试时间约 2 分钟。
每位考生发言 1 分钟 （两位考生同步进行）
任务 4 两人互动
考生准备1 分钟后，根据设定的情景和任务进行交 谈。考试时间约 4 分钟。

三、评分方法及标准
四级口语考试的评分分为人工评分部分和计算机自动评分部分。人工评分总分为 15 分；计算机自动 评分（朗读部分）总分为 5 分。人工评分的分值和计算机评分的分值合成后的考试总分为 20 分，成绩报道时转换为 A、B、C 和 D 四个等级。

陈述（Presentation） This is a thought-provoking picture which reveals the problem of uncivilized behaviors when people travel. Regardless of this warning, it is obvious that every character in this picture is doing harm to this old tree. One young girl leans against the tree, trampling on the tree’s roots. A man holds his camera and steps on the tree’s trunk, trying to take photos of the young girl. Beside her there are several Chinese characters: “XX has visited here.” What’s more, one person is taking photos of a naughty child, who grabs one branch of the tree and dangles for fun. These uncivilized behaviors have already aroused people’s discussion. It is our duty to comply with the local rules and regulations and protect the local environment while traveling.
