Q1:What is the MOQ of your product ?
A1:Please noted Our MOQ is 3600 PCS of each style .
Q2:Can I make order less than your Minimum Order Quantity ?
A2:Actually our MOQ is rather reasonable when comparing the price we quoted to you ,If you can not reach our MOQ ,Would you please kindly advise what QTY you can buy so that we can re-check the price for you ?
Q3:You MOQ is too high , Can I buy it from you but at a lower qty .
A3:Certainly, Our Price is determined by order qty ,If your qty is lower than our MOQ , then we will offer you another price based on what you buy from us .
Q4:Can I make my own design and packaging ?
A4:We can customize your designs and packaging , we have more than 10 years of OEM & ODM experience .
Q5:Can your product pass the test ?
A5:Sure ,Our product has been sold to Europe and American , Our product meet Europe and USA regulation .
Q6: Can you provide me the test report for this item ?
A6: Yes ,We can provide you test report for our existed items , But if you want to make test for specific items , You need to pay the test cost or we can prepare the sample for you to make the test .
Q7:What is the material of this product ?
A7:The material of this item is consist of 80% polyester plus 20 % of iron .
Q8:How Can I place an order for these styles ?
A8: It is very easy , please kindly specific qty , color ,packing method to us , then we will issue our PI to you ,when you receive our PI , please kindly sign back and arrange deposit to us so that we can start production .

Q11: I do not have Disney License , Can I buy it from you directly ?
A11: I am afraid not if you are not a Licensee or your customer do not have the License .Because all of our items are official designs we can not sell to customer who do not have the right to buy , But we are pleased to recommend you some of our non-licensed items to you , these are very hot and popular designer recently and already have many orders from your country .
Q12:Who Else you sell to in my country except us?
A12-1：We sell to XXX in your country , which is the biggest importer at your side as far as I know .
A12-2: We sell to nobody except you because we regards you as our partner, We will only share the newest designs with you as always

Q16:Can you make the items exactly same as my design ?
A16:Yes , We can make the item same , But since we do not have the mold , We will have to open a new mold for this , If you can accept our existed mold ,which will be perfect , If you can not , then the mold cost is USD$2000(non-refundable ) , and the mold time is 7 days after payment done .
Q17:Is the ring adjustable ?
A17:Yes , the ring is adjustable .Meanwhile , We also can make the ring fixed not adjustable , Which one you prefer ?
Q18:Do you have Stock for your hair band ?
A18: Sorry we do not have any stock for our hair band ,But We can offer you a prompt delivery if you can confirm the order with us .

Q21:Are there more colors available ?
A21:Yes , We can make any color you wish based on our color chart.We suggest you use our normal colors for first trial order,it is good for lead time if you want to test quality quickly.

Q23:Can you send me sample ? If so , Can you send to my company directly ? How is the procedure for sample sending ?
A23:Yes , Our sample are available to send , We can send to your company directly .For the sample since it is not so expensive ,We can provide it to you free of charge ,But you need to pay for the freight cost .Please kindly provide me your courier account , Full company address included zip code and phone number so that we can send the parcel to you .If you do not have courier account , then the freight cost has to be prepaid , The price is USD$120/parcel ,Please kindly confirm if this is OK for you ? If yes , We will issue an Invoice to you for payment .
Q24:Is your sample charge refundable ?
A24:Yes ,For our existed sample, What the cost we charge to you , It will refund to you when order placement .
Q25:Is your plate charge /Mold charge refundable ?
A25:Since the design is made as per your requirements , the plate/mold are new and only usable for you , We are sorry to inform that the plate charge/Mold charge are not refundable .
Q26:What is your sample charge refund policy ?
A26:You can get refund once your order qty reach to 500,000 pcs per year .
Q27:What’s the CBM? How many pieces in 1x20ft, 1x40gp or 1x40HQ?

A28:We have 4 Colors available , But as a manufacturer we can change the color whatever you prefer , Can you please let me know what colors you like and how many of each color ?

A30:The size of this item is 14 X 7 X 1 cm , For the packaging part we can change the size as you wish ,For the product part ,We also can change the size but it will have to open a new mold if the size is not existed in our factory .

A31:We have 86 people in our factory , 6 of them belong to our QA department and 4 of them are our factory management guys.
Q32:What’s the packing?
A32:The packing for this item is Blister , But we also can make this item in clamshell , Single backing card, Box or PVC bags , all depend on what price you can pay or which you prefer .

A33:This item is made by Injection , with 3 times of polish , Colourful Spray Paint , Heat transfer on temple , frame ,UV400 sticker on lense and PVC Case packing.

A35:Our sample lead time is 12-15 Days after artworks confirmed , Our Production lead time is 30-45 days depend on the order qty .And the lead time does not included open mould time .
Q35:What is your mould time ?
A35:It will need 20-30 days for Plastic Mould , 7-10 Days for zinc alloy mould , and 5-7 days for rubber mold .
Q36:What is your plate time if I make my own design ?
A36:Our plate time is 2 weeks once after plate confirmed by your side .
Q37:What’s your annul output? What’s your monthly output?
A37:Actually this is depend on the items , averagely our annul output is 9 Millions and our monthly output is around 800,000 pcs .
Q38:What’s your market? Domestic or export? What percentage for export?
A38:Our Main Market is Europe and American, 95% of our goods are directly export .
Q39:What countries do you mainly export
A39:We mainly export to UK,USA,Canada,Argentina ,France,Germany,Netherlands, Spain ,etc.
Q40:Where is your factory?
A40:We have two factories , The one making Hair accessories and Jewelry located at Yiwu,China,The one making Sunglasses Located at Taizhou ,China , They are 3 hours distance by car.
Q41:Can you give a brief introduction of your factory?
A41:Sunglasses: Our Sunglasses factory located at Taizhou,Zhejiang Province , with more than 120 workers , We specialized on Children’s Sunglasses for more than 15 years ,We have more than 36 Injection machines with the daily capacity of 80,000 pcs .Our factory passed the audit of Disney , BSCI , Sedex , Walmart ,etc .

A44:Our payment terms is 30% deposit + 100% plate /mold charge to be paid in advance , balance against copy of BL if the goods shipped by sea , and balance to be paid before delivery if the goods shipped by air .
Q45:Do you have English carton?
A45:Yes,Sure , we can make the shipping marks as per your requirements .
Q46:Are you open for OEM?
A46:Certainly ,We are professional OEM & ODM manufacturer in Kids accessories for years , We have our own designer team , We also welcome OEM orders from our customers .
Q47:Can you change to our brand?
A47:It is our favorite to make the items as per your requirements ,We can make your own brand without any problem .
Q48:Can you provide certificate of origin?
A48:It is not a problem if your country need certificate of origin for import .
Q49:What’s the price for sample?
A49:We will quote you certain and reasonable sample price after all our details finalized.
Q50:Can you refund the sample charge ?
A50:Well, It depends ,If there is no new plate/new mold charge involved and the sample is not that much , We will not charge you sample fee, You only need to pay the sample parcel freight cost , If the sample charge is in high value , Then you need to pay the sample charge and the refund condition will depend on the qty and order amount .
