The “Voice of CMEE” series brings together global blue-economy leaders, offering insights into industry frontiers and the future of marine technologies.
“中国海博会之声”第七期，国际海事组织（IMO)亲善海事大使、新加坡航运协会青年企业家委员会主席阿坎克莎·巴图拉·派在发言中提出了中小企业应对航运业绿色转型的“3C”理念：协作（Collaboration）、数字化（Digitalization）、能力建设（Capacity Building）。她强调，中小企业需要通过行业协会与监管机构的平台加强合作，从而推动政策落地和行业整体进步。
Akanksha Batura Pai, IMO Goodwill Maritime Ambassador and Chair of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee at the Singapore Shipping Association, introduced the “3Cs” framework for SMEs in the green transition: Collaboration, Digitalization, and Capacity Building. She emphasized that SMEs should leverage platforms provided by industry associations and regulators to strengthen cooperation, ensure policies meet business needs, and drive collective progress across the sector.
她指出，数字化转型是实现绿色航运和适应“蓝色走廊”等新趋势的核心途径。通过与普华永道等机构合作，新加坡航运协会制定了中小企业数字化路线图，帮助企业从传统模式转向自动化和数据驱动，提升效率并支持脱碳目标。
She highlighted that digital transformation is central for SMEs to adapt to new trends such as green shipping and blue corridors. Through collaboration with PwC and other partners, the Singapore Shipping Association has developed a digital roadmap to help SMEs shift from traditional practices to automated and data-driven operations, improving efficiency and supporting decarbonization goals.
同时，她呼吁行业加大在能力建设与多样性方面的投入，特别是在解决人才短缺、促进女性与青年参与方面。她认为，多元化的人才结构将为航运业带来更多创新动能与可持续性。她还特别表扬了深圳，认为作为全球第四大港口和创新高地，深圳为中小企业发展和绿色航运转型提供了理想的土壤。
Ms. Batura Pai also called for greater investment in capacity building and diversity, particularly in addressing talent shortages and enhancing opportunities for women and youth. She noted that a more diverse talent base can unlock innovation and sustainability across the maritime industry. She further praised Shenzhen, describing it as both a global innovation hub and home to the world’s fourth-largest port—an ideal environment for SMEs to thrive and for advancing green and smart shipping.

About CMEE2025
2025中国海博会以更高起点、更高质量、更国际化的标准于10月28日至10月30日在深圳国际会展中心（宝安）举办。
The 2025 CMEE will be held from October 28 to 30, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an District), with a higher starting point, higher standards of quality, and a more international outlook.
中国海洋经济博览会（简称“中国海博会”）是国家级海洋经济展会。2019年移师深圳后已成功举办五届，为推动中国海洋经济高质量发展、促进国际海洋经济交流和合作作出了积极的贡献。
The China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE) is China’s national-level event dedicated to the marine economy. Since relocating to Shenzhen in 2019, the Expo has been successfully held five times, making significant contributions to advancing the high-quality development of China’s marine economy and promoting international exchange and cooperation.
2025海博会以“数智深蓝 共创未来”为主题，计划展览面积40000+平方米，汇聚250+家全球行业龙头企业、吸引超过50,000名专业观众，并重磅推出10余场高端峰会与论坛活动，全面构建一个集展示、交流、交易于一体的海洋经济交流合作平台，助力海洋产业协同创新、互利共赢。
The 2025 China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE), themed “Digital Blue · For a Shared Future”, will feature an exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters, bring together more than 250 leading enterprises from around the world, and attract over 50,000 professional visitors. The Expo will also launch more than 10 high-level summits and forums, creating a comprehensive platform for exhibition, exchange, and business collaboration. It aims to foster innovation, synergy, and win–win cooperation across the global marine industry.
