“中国海博会之声”第十三期，“深蓝梦想2035”科学指导委员会副主任、中科院院士戴民汉在发言中强调，科学是实现海洋保护与可持续发展的核心支撑，指出“没有科学，就没有可持续发展”。他深入阐释了海洋在气候调节中的关键作用，回顾了中国海洋科技的发展历程，并提出加强国际合作、推动蓝色金融与科学治理的必要性。
Dai Minhan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Deputy Director of the Scientific Steering Committee of “Deep Blue Voyage 2035,”emphasized in his speech that science is the fundamental pillar for achieving ocean conservation and sustainable development, noting that “without science, there can be no sustainable development.” He elaborated on the critical role of the ocean in regulating climate, reviewed the trajectory of China’s marine science and technology, and underscored the necessity of strengthening international cooperation, advancing blue finance, and promoting science-based governance.
首先，他指出海洋是全球气候的重要“调节器”。自工业革命以来，海洋吸收了约90%的多余热量和37%的二氧化碳，有效减缓了全球变暖。然而，气候变化也导致了海洋酸化、缺氧等严重问题，对海洋生态系统构成威胁。
First, he highlighted the ocean as a vital “regulator” of the global climate. Since the Industrial Revolution, the ocean has absorbed about 90% of excess heat and 37% of carbon dioxide, significantly mitigating global warming. However, climate change has also caused serious challenges such as ocean acidification and deoxygenation, posing severe threats to marine ecosystems.
其次，他强调海洋科学与国际合作的重要性。通过分析中国海洋科技发展的三个阶段，戴院士认为中国的快速进步离不开国际合作和开放交流。他特别提到，联合国“海洋科学十年”计划为全球海洋科研提供了宝贵机遇，呼吁各国携手应对共同挑战。
Second, he stressed the importance of marine science and international collaboration. By analyzing the three stages of China’s marine science development, Academician Dai pointed out that China’s rapid progress has been closely linked to openness and cooperation. He noted that the United Nations “Decade of Ocean Science” provides a valuable opportunity for advancing global marine research and solutions, calling on all nations to work together in tackling shared challenges.
最后，他提出蓝色金融和跨界融合是推动可持续发展的关键。他总结出“科学认知 + 技术革命 + 科学治理 + 蓝色金融”的公式，认为这一组合是构建可持续蓝色经济体系的核心路径。他呼吁国际社会加大对海洋保护和可持续发展的投入，推动建立全球性的科学与金融合作框架，以保障人类共同的海洋未来。
Finally, he proposed that blue finance and cross-sector integration are key to driving sustainability. He summarized this into a formula: “scientific knowledge + technological revolution + science-based governance + blue finance,” which he views as the core pathway to building a sustainable blue economy. He urged the international community to increase investment in ocean conservation and sustainable development, and to establish a global framework that integrates science and finance to secure the future of the ocean for humanity.

About CMEE2025
2025中国海博会以更高起点、更高质量、更国际化的标准于10月28日至10月30日在深圳国际会展中心（宝安）举办。
The 2025 CMEE will be held from October 28 to 30, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an District), with a higher starting point, higher standards of quality, and a more international outlook.
中国海洋经济博览会（简称“中国海博会”）是国家级海洋经济展会。2019年移师深圳后已成功举办五届，为推动中国海洋经济高质量发展、促进国际海洋经济交流和合作作出了积极的贡献。
The China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE) is China’s national-level event dedicated to the marine economy. Since relocating to Shenzhen in 2019, the Expo has been successfully held five times, making significant contributions to advancing the high-quality development of China’s marine economy and promoting international exchange and cooperation.
2025海博会以“数智深蓝 共创未来”为主题，计划展览面积40000+平方米，汇聚250+家全球行业龙头企业、吸引超过50,000名专业观众，并重磅推出10余场高端峰会与论坛活动，全面构建一个集展示、交流、交易于一体的海洋经济交流合作平台，助力海洋产业协同创新、互利共赢。
The 2025 China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE), themed “Digital Blue · For a Shared Future”, will feature an exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters, bring together more than 250 leading enterprises from around the world, and attract over 50,000 professional visitors. The Expo will also launch more than 10 high-level summits and forums, creating a comprehensive platform for exhibition, exchange, and business collaboration. It aims to foster innovation, synergy, and win–win cooperation across the global marine industry.
