招聘岗位
岗位性质/ Job Type 兼职/ 远程办公（Part-time / Remote）
主要工作内容/ Key Responsibilities
1.负责美本Top 50、美研 Top 30 及博士（PhD）项目的申请规划、选校套磁策略与全流程指导。
Provide comprehensive guidance on application planning, school selection, and faculty outreach for Top 50 undergraduate, Top 30 master's, and Ph.D. applicants.
2.引导学生挖掘个人学术亮点，指导主文书、研究计划（Research Proposal / Statement of Purpose）及各类申请材料的创作与精细修改。
Guide students in highlighting their unique academic achievements, and assist in brainstorming, writing, and editing Personal Statements, Statements of Purpose, Research Proposals, and supplemental essays.
3.帮助学生规划学术课题、科研项目、论文发表与竞赛背景。
Assist students in planning research projects, academic publications, extracurricular activities, and competitive background enhancements.
4.提供大学与实验室面试指导及实战模拟。
Conduct mock interviews and offer practical preparation for university and research lab admissions interviews.
5.与学生及家长保持高效沟通，把握亚洲家庭对升学的期望，定期反馈进度。
Maintain regular, effective communication with students and parents, demonstrating a deep understanding of Asian family values and educational expectations, while providing timely updates on application milestones.
任职要求/ Qualifications
1.具备10 年以上美本、美研或博士升学规划指导经验，有大量 Top 30 及名校博士录取案例。
10+ years of experience in U.S. college, graduate, or Ph.D. admissions consulting, with a proven track record of successful admissions to Top 30 universities and top doctoral programs.
2.优先考虑有美国高中专职College Counselor、美国大学招生官（Admissions Officer / Reader）背景，或自身拥有专业科研领域经验、丰富名校校友与学术人脉资源者。
Prior experience as a High School College Counselor or University Admissions Officer/Reader is strongly preferred; candidates with active research experience or extensive alumni and academic networks are highly encouraged to apply.
3.华裔背景，深刻理解亚洲家庭文化与教育理念，善于同家长沟通。
Chinese-American / Chinese background with a deep cultural understanding of Asian family dynamics, values, and education, with excellent parent communication skills.
4.中英文流利，具有出色的英文学术文书指导能力和中文沟通能力。
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, featuring strong English academic writing/editing expertise and effective Chinese communication skills.
5.熟练掌握Common App、美研及美博申请流程，工作认真严谨，富有责任心。 In-depth familiarity with Common App, graduate, and Ph.D. application systems, combined with strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
