職位簡介Job Summary
招商引才／投資推廣高級副總監或副總監（河南）在香港特別行政區政府駐河南聯絡處（“聯絡處”）負責的河南省及其轄下城市，包括鄭州市，負責推動香港投資推廣署（“投資推廣署”）協助內地企業出海，助力內地企業走向國際的計劃。
Senior Deputy Head or Deputy Head of Business and Talent Attraction / Investment Promotion (Henan) is responsible for carrying out Invest Hong Kong’s (InvestHK’s) go global initiatives to facilitate international expansion of Chinese Mainland enterprises in the regions under the purview of the Henan Liaison Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (“Henan LU”), including the Henan Province and the Municipality of Zhengzhou.
職責Duties and Responsibilities
1. 協助投資推廣署香港總辦事處及聯絡處執行與協助內地企業出海相關的業務發展戰略及計劃，特別是宣傳香港作為內地企業走向國際的門戶的角色；
To assist InvestHK Headquarters and Henan LU in the execution of business strategies and plans for go-global initiatives, particularly in promoting Hong Kong’s role as a gateway for the Chinese Mainland enterprises to expand into overseas;
2. 建立並維繫與各關鍵持份者的緊密關係，包括但不限於聯絡處服務範圍內的內地地方政府部門及相關機構，以及各大行業和商業組織，以構建完善的本地投資推廣網絡；並善用該網絡在內地城市（包括二、三線城市）舉辦宣傳活動及路演，藉此識別並接觸具備海外擴張潛力的目標內地企業；
To forge and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to the Chinese Mainland local government bodies and authorities related to the service areas covered by Henan LU, and the industrial and business organisations, to build a cohesive investment promotion network locally; and to leverage the network to organise promotional events and roadshows in the Chinese Mainland cities, including second- and third-tier cities, to identify and engage the target Chinese Mainland enterprises with overseas expansion potential;
3.與當地商會及業界團體合作，負責外訪商務考察團的籌備及現場安排；並協助考察團透過會議、活動及其他交流機會，與當地的持份者和商界建立聯繫，以識別潛在的商業合作夥伴；
To collaborate with local chambers and business associations on the preparatory work and onsite arrangement of the outbound business delegations and assist the delegates in engaging with local stakeholders and business communities through meetings, events and other networking opportunities for identifying potential business partners;
4.緊貼市場趨勢、區域機遇、最新產業資訊及政府政策，以便為內地企業提供量身定制的海外投資方案，包括首站落戶支援、政策便利、業務對接及資源匹配；
To stay abreast of market trends, regional opportunities, the latest industry information and the government policies in order to provide tailored overseas investment solutions to the Chinese Mainland enterprises such as first-stop landing support, policy facilitation, business networking and resources matching;
5.積極跟進以成果為導向的項目，並與內地企業建立及維繫長遠的客戶關係，以支援其出海的發展進程；
To proactively follow up with result-oriented projects and maintain long-term client relationships with the Chinese Mainland enterprises to support their go global process;
6. 協助策劃及組織公關與市場推廣活動，以提升香港作為內地企業出海之「超級聯繫人」的形象；
7.收集聯絡處服務範圍內的市場情報及政府最新政策資訊，並就本地市場趨勢與商機向香港總辦事處提供及時匯報；
8.妥善記錄客戶資料和上述各項投資推廣活動，並履行招上級指派的其他職務。
To manage clients records and promotional activities systematically, and perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件Entry Requirements
1. 持有大學學士學位或同等學歷，主修工商管理、經濟、國際市場營銷或有關的科目為佳；持有更高學歷者獲優先考慮；
A Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Marketing or related fields; holders of a higher degree would be an advantage;
2. 具備不少於7年從事業務發展、促進外來投資、國際業務及/或戰略規劃的相關全職工作經驗，當中擁有5年在政府工作的經驗者獲優先考慮（具備最少5年但少於7年相關全職經驗的申請人，只獲考慮申請副總監一職）；
A minimum of 7 years of relevant full-time work experience in business development, investment promotion, international business, and/or strategic planning; of which 5 years of experience in the government is preferred (for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience, but less than 7 years, will be considered for the position of Deputy Head only);
3. 具備良好的中英文書寫和口語能力（包括普通話的口語能力），以及良好的表達、溝通、人際及演講技巧尤佳；精通其他語言者可獲優先考慮；
A strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English including spoken Putonghua with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills is required; fluency in other languages would be an advantage;
4. 對於香港的商業環境及內地市場有廣泛了解者獲優先考慮；受聘者須於包括但不限於內地及香港出差；及
Familiarity with China markets and business environment in Hong Kong is preferred; and the incumbent is required to have duty travels, including but not limited to within the Chinese Mainland and to Hong Kong ; and
5. 必須具備於中國內地進行勞務，及與第三方（勞務派遣公司）簽訂勞動合同的資格，並無須聘用單位代辦簽證。
Candidate must be eligible to take up employment in the Chinese Mainland without arrangement of work visa by the employer and eligible to sign the labor contract with a third party (labor dispatching company).
根據申請人的經驗及資格，申請人有機會獲聘為高級副總監或副總監。
A candidate will be considered for either a Senior Deputy Head or a Deputy Head position depending on the experience and qualifications demonstrated.
