2026 年 10 月 6 日，上海剑桥科技与德国 ml&s 集团宣布，将通过双方合资公司，并携手战略合作伙伴——美国剑桥光电科技（CPT），在墨西哥科阿韦拉州阿特阿加的 Server 工业园区建设高速光模块产线。
On October 6, 2026, Cambridge Industries Group (CIG) and Germany's ml&s Group announced that, through their joint venture and together with strategic partner Cambridge Photonics Technologies (CPT), they will build high-speed optical module production at Server Industrial Park in Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico.
该产线将生产高速光模块，产品涵盖近封装光学（NPO）等方案，主要服务北美人工智能数据中心的 800G / 1.6T 光互连需求。据三方介绍，项目旨在北美建立一个面向下一代光模块与 NPO 方案的制造平台。
The line will produce high-speed optical modules, including near-packaged optics (NPO) solutions, mainly serving 800G / 1.6T optical interconnect demand from North American artificial intelligence data centers. According to the three partners, the project aims to establish a North American manufacturing platform for next-generation optical modules and NPO solutions.
据公司公告，厂址在评估多个候选地后确定于阿特阿加，厂房已在 Server 工业园区完成租赁，并将在未来数月内安装先进制造设备。项目预计创造数百个高技能岗位。
According to the announcement, the site was selected after evaluating several locations; a facility has already been leased at Server Industrial Park and will be fitted with advanced manufacturing equipment over the coming months. The project is expected to create hundreds of highly skilled jobs.
三方分工方面，剑桥科技提供先进制造工艺、工程与自动化能力，ml&s 集团提供其在墨西哥的制造基础设施与运营经验，CPT 提供光通信研发与产品开发能力。ml&s 集团在德国、波兰、瑞士与墨西哥设有业务，拥有逾 60 年工业制造经验。
Under the arrangement, CIG contributes advanced manufacturing technology, engineering and automation; ml&s Group provides its manufacturing infrastructure and operational experience in Mexico; and CPT brings optical R&D and product development expertise. ml&s Group operates in Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Mexico and has more than 60 years of industrial experience.
据剑桥科技介绍，公司 2026 年上半年实现营业收入 27.05 亿元人民币，同比增长 32.92%。公司此前已在墨西哥开展宽带产品生产，并于今年第二季度启动光模块业务筹备；据公司今年 8 月业绩说明会介绍，公司计划 2026 年内将光模块年化产能提升至不低于 600 万只，并将墨西哥工厂作为服务北美客户的重要基地之一。
According to CIG, the company reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB 2.705 billion, up 32.92% year on year. It already produces broadband products in Mexico and started preparing its optical-module operations there in the second quarter of this year; according to the company's August earnings briefing, it aims to raise annualized optical-module capacity to at least 6 million units within 2026 and positions the Mexico plant as one of its key bases for serving North American customers.

MEXCHAM sees this CIG–ml&s collaboration as another case of Chinese investment in Mexico extending from vehicles and home appliances into the AI hardware supply chain.
项目落地科阿韦拉州，既为当地带来数百个高技能岗位、提升先进制造水平，也使墨西哥在北美人工智能硬件供应链中扮演更重要角色；对中方企业而言，则更贴近北美数据中心客户，形成产业升级与市场拓展上的互补。
Located in Coahuila, the project is expected to bring hundreds of highly skilled jobs and to raise local advanced-manufacturing capabilities, while giving Mexico a stronger position in North America's AI hardware supply chain; for the Chinese partners, it means closer access to North American data-center customers, reflecting complementary strengths in industrial upgrading and market expansion.
