Founded in 2007, XXF GROUP is a wellknown comprehensive automotive service provider in China. It successfully listed on the Hong Kong Main Board on November 9, 2023, with the stock code 02473.HK, becoming the first stock in China's automotive finance leasing industry. At present, we mainly operate four business segments: financial leasing, ride hailing, operational leasing, and export of used and new cars. In the field of secondhand and new car exports, we have successfully developed markets in 30 countries across multiple regions including Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and South America.
XXF XITU (HONG KONG) LIMITED, with a registered capital of HKD 20 million, is a holding company under XXF GROUP. It was established to deeply cultivate the African automotive consumer market and has established a professional African business service team to carry out authorized brand new car sales (in some countries), self operated second hand car sales, modified car sales, spare parts supply and other businesses.
