众所周知，为扩充税收和防止腐败，印度去年开始进行一系统的货币和税制改革。
而最近印度实施的这项关于交通运输的法规，涉及到所有的进口至印度的物流业务，马士基也在新规实施前24小时紧急发出告客户书。
印度这线新规要求：
1， 所有印度进出口的货物都必须申请“E-way Bill”
2， 所有货值超过50000印度卢比的货物都必须按规定申请“E-way Bill”
3， 2018年2月1日实施新政

为避免这项新规定对自己的业务以及客户的影响， 在印度新政实施前不到24小时，马士基也通过官网发布了以下相关通知：
E-Way bill requirement

As you are aware the Government of India has put in place the requirement of Electronic Way Bill (EWay Bill) and intends to implement this w.e.f. 01 Feb 2018. E-way bill compliance requires that the person causing the movement of goods creates the e-way bill by uploading the relevant information prior to the commencement of movement of goods in the portal launched by the Government.
It is mandatory that to carry valid E-way bill or e-way bill number along-with transport document tax invoice or bill of supply or delivery challan, bill of entry by the transporter.
Exemption from e-way bill is available for selected goods and for import shipments for movement from port up-to CFS / ICD where goods are custom cleared.
Please ensure that you provide the E-Way Bill to the CFS/ICD and fill the Transporter ID as Maersk Line (27AAJCM4693D1Z8) in the E-Way Bill.
