MBA Privileged permission policy谷歌MBA策略更新，新政策6月10日开始执行，若不能符合 ，将无法获得新版本的approve。
MBA策略要求
We have made updates to some of the policies under MBA Privileged permission policies to simplify the policies and make them clearer. For details, refer to the change log.
The enforcement date of some of the policies is June 10, 2021 (refer to the enforcement dates). File app review and approval bugs (as described here), for your apps to be reviewed and allowlisted.
We have also released GTS 8.0 R4 preview version for partners to test their builds for possible violation with respect to MBA Privileged permission policy. All the tests related to this policy are under a new test module GtsMbaPrivilegedPermissionTestCases. File a waiver request only when you think the tests under GtsMbaPrivilegedPermissionTestCases module made any logical error and wrongly identified your apps.
In the final version of GTS 8.0 R4 (scheduled to be released on 2021-05-12), the enforcement date in the tests will be corrected as per the respective policies.

测试内容：
GTS 8.0 R4工具的GtsMbaPrivilegedPermissionTestCases module进行验证。IR项目可以使用GTS 8.0 R4的临时工具进行预测试，保证MBA都符合谷歌的要求，如果有问题，必须修改。
MR或其他项目，可以使用GTS 8.0 R4的临时工具进行预测试，如有问题，就具体问题与谷歌协商，由谷歌判断是否需要修改。
SMR项目从测试角度来看，应该不受此次要求影响。
MBA时间
最终谷歌执行时间为6月10日，请提前准备预留时间。
