EVENT INVITATION
美中药协SAPA 将于3月25日本周六举办一场职业发展研讨会 (Career Development Workshop)。除了职业发展主题研讨会外，大会还设置了四个专注于同理心和领导力的主题的并行会议。
作为赞助商之一，Protheragen Inc. 将在会议现场和就业招聘会上等候各位的到来。目前我们有多个岗位开放招募，欢迎生物制药、生物技术专业背景的人才到摊位上沟通了解，欢迎贤才加入我们！
会议信息
在此次SAPA职业发展研讨会中，多位制药业领军人物将分享职业发展历程和经验教训。参会者可以参与会场讨论，为如何在这个行业中推进职业发展提供有价值的见解和观点。
另外，四个专注于同理心和领导力主题的并行会议，也为参与者提供了多样化的职业发展学习机会。
而现场开展的就业招聘会，将为参与者提供一个沟通的平台，可以了解美东几大药厂和生物技术公司及其最新开放岗位，与生物技术和制药行业的潜在雇主建立联系。

This session will focus on exploring alternate paths you can use to advance to your career. The panelists will share their career experiences.
Parallel Session D (for Students)
Ace the Transition to Industry Through Self-Awareness and Networking
Abstract:
* Do you know what career opportunities are available beyond pursuing a postdoc degree?
* Do you want to learn how to land your dream job through networking?
* Have you wondered what changes you should make to your resume, so it stands out in the top 10%?
* What are the critical skills you need to master after you start your first job?
The session will end with a networking exercise so you can practice your new skills in real time.
