Project Manager, Gene Therapy
Key Responsibilities
◼ Have a significant direct client interaction, managing one or more cross-functional pre-IND research gene therapy programs simultaneously.
◼ Plan detailed executable experimental processes to promote the development of pre-IND gene therapy programs and provide thought leadership in addressing issues.
◼ Work with teams to develop price estimate and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability solution and report project status.
◼ Provide project leadership and direction on one or more projects.
◼ Identify latest technology trends and domain trends and provide innovative solutions for program development.
Qualifications
◼ Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, genetics, or other life sciences areas.
◼ Hands-on work experience in molecular biology techniques, retrovirus/lentivirus/AAV/Adenovirus, gene editing technologies, and RNA interference.
◼ Strong collaborative relations with biology team and effective participation in cross-functional project teams are expected.
◼ Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results to timelines.
◼ Exceptional organization, communication and inter-personal skills.

Project Manager,
RNA- Drug Discovery
Key Responsibilities
◼ Provide expertise in the design, modification, and optimization of mRNA/Circular RNA/siRNA drugs for different therapeutic programs.
◼ Provide support in study proposals for evaluating the activities of the mRNA/Circular RNA/siRNA drugs using appropriate biological systems, screen and identify the leads.
◼ Work closely with cross-functional team members on multiple projects simultaneously.
◼ Identify the latest technology trends and domain trends and provide innovative solutions for program development.
◼ Work with teams to develop price estimate and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability solution and report project status.
Qualifications
◼ Ph.D. degree in biology or chemistry with at least 3 years of RNA drug design experience.
◼ Solid understanding in RNA biology and the area of design of pharmacologically active mRNA/Circular RNA/siRNA.
◼ Demonstrated innovation with a track record in molecular design of novel RNA therapeutics/vaccines with an ability to be creative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
◼ Able and desire to work collaboratively on inter-disciplinary projects that span the chemical, analytical, formulation, and biological sciences.
◼ Exceptional written/oral communication and inter-personal skills.
