沙溪，
是滇藏茶马古道上的重要驿站，
也是滇西食盐的主要集散地之一。
该村庄保留了清朝时期建筑四方街、古戏台、古寺庙、民居、客栈、商铺、古桥、古街巷子等
Shaxi is a crucial station in the ancient tea-horse road and it is also market place of salt in west Yunnan, such busy trade that develops a prosperous village historically. Architectures in the ancient town, like the Square Street, dwellings, inns, the stage, the temple, stores, the bridge, lanes see a golden time of the village.
这些古建筑见证了沙溪的发展,
曾经的沙溪，昼是马帮络绎，夜是花灯百家。
These ancient buildings bear witness to the development of shaxi, which is packed with horse gangs in the day and hundreds of lights twinkle lanterns at night.
现在的沙溪宁静祥和
春天，油菜飘香、遍地黄花；
夏天，水稻碧绿、一望无际；
秋天，稻花飘香、果实累累；
冬天，江水清澈、古桥沧桑。
Now Shaxi is quiet and peaceful.
兴教寺

坊间流传，先有兴教寺，后有寺登街的说法，由此可知兴教寺在沙溪的地位。兴教寺内高悬一块匾额，携刻“广兴三教”四个大字，“广兴三教”中的三教即指儒、释、道三教。兴教寺殿内有出自明代的20余幅大型壁画，融佛教故事和世俗生活为一体，既充满宗教气氛，又颇具民族风格。

Xingjiao Temple high hanging a board, with "Vigorously develop the three religions three religions" four characters, xingjiao temple named this meaning. The three religions in guangxing are Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. In xingjiao Temple, there are more than 20 large murals from the Ming Dynasty, which are full of religious atmosphere and ethnic style, integrating Buddhist stories and secular life.
古戏台
The ancient stage
古戏台是古镇内最高的建筑，整个结构是“前亭后阁”。它共有三层：一层为商铺，二层为戏台，三层则是魁星阁。整个建筑，既采用了汉地亭台楼阁的建筑方式，又融合了白族民居的特点，既供奉了道家神仙，又用了象征佛教文化的图纹来做装饰，文化包容性。
The ancient stage is the highest building in the town, and the whole structure is "The pavilion in the front and the attic in the back". It has three floors: shops on the first floor, stage on the second and attic on the third. The whole building not only adopts the construction mode of Chinese pavilions, but also integrates the characteristics of Bai folk houses. It not only consecrates Taoist immortals, but also uses patterns symbolizing Buddhist culture for decoration, showing cultural inclusiveness.
黑潓江
Hei Hui jiang
滇西以名山大川闻名于世，事实上黑潓江在历史上也十分知名。唐代时，南诏王曾经将云南境内金沙江、澜沧江、怒江和黑潓江封为“四渎”。黑潓江为沙溪孕育了灿烂的文明，可见当时黑潓江在人们心中的地位。
West Yunnan is famous for its famous mountains and big rivers. In fact, Heihui River is also very famous in history. In the Tang Dynasty, The King of Nanzhao had awarded the Jinsha River, Lancang River, Nu River and Heihui River in Yunnan as "Sidu". 玉津桥
Yujin bridge
玉津桥是黑潓江上最知名的桥，桥身是一座单孔的石拱桥，南北各有一个鳌鱼石雕，东西四角有四个石狮坐立，守护石桥的安全。传说玉津桥名称来源于乾隆时期大理名士诗范所提的：石可成桥，从今不唱公无渡；津真是玉，到此方知水有源。
Yujin Bridge is the most famous one in Heihui River. The body of the bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge, which has a Aoyu fish stone sculpture in the north and the south, and four stone lions sitting at the east and west corners to protect the safety of the stone bridge.
Shibao Mountain
石钟山石窟是云南省现存规模最大、保存最完好的石窟，共有16个石窟和139尊雕像，建于大理南诏国时期，有1000多年的历史。
Shizhongshan Grottoes is also the largest and best preserved grottoes existing in Yunnan. It has a total of 16 grottoes and 139 statues with a history of over 1000 years built during Nanzhao and Dali Kingdom periods.
宝相寺位于佛顶山，建在高耸的悬崖峭壁上。它也被称为“云南悬空寺”。
Baoxiang Temple, located on Foding Mountain, is built on a towering steep cliff. It was built on the cliff, which is known as the "Hanging Temple in Yunnan.
