云南，不止是一个名词，
更是永不厌倦的风景~
云南位于中国西南部，
与缅甸、老挝、越南接壤。
昆明是云南的省会，四季温暖如春，
故称为“春城”。
在云南，

西双版纳，
位于北纬21°，东经99°，
是北回归线上最奇特的雨林。
中国60%的热带雨林分布在云南，
云南的热带雨林主要分布在西双版纳，
被誉为北回归线上的“绿宝石”。
Xishuangbanna,
located at 21 degrees north latitude and 99 degrees east longitude. It's the most unique rainforest on the Tropic of Cancer. Yunnan boasts 60% of China's rainforests, and most of them are in Xishuangbanna,
which is known as“The Emerald on the Tropic of Cancer".

素有“植物王国”、“动物王国”、
“生物基因库”等美称。
西南与缅甸相连，
东南与老挝接壤。
2021年12月3日“中老铁路”开通，
从昆明至西双版纳约3小时就能到达。
The China-Laos Railway was fully opened on December 3rd, 2021. It only takes 3 hours from Kunming to Xishuangbanna. Xishuangbanna is known as the "Plant Kingdom", "Animal Kingdom", "Biological Gene Bank", which bordering Myanmar to the southwest, and Laos to the southeast.

The Lancang River runs through Xishuangbanna in China,

Xishuangbanna, which was called Mengle in ancient times. Mengle people settled down in this place thousand years ago. There are over 5,000 species of tropical plants in the garden, which demonstrates a vivid image that reflects the forest is just like the lung of our earth.
With over 80% forest coverage and more than 20,000 per cubic meter of negative oxide ions in the air, Xishuangbanna has been called one of the most livable cities in the world.

也是抢救和保存热带珍稀濒危植物的“诺亚方舟”。
Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is China's largest botanical garden with the most abundant collection of species and various special plant gardens.
The garden also includes a large-scale primary tropical rainforest, which is a demonstration of the rich plant resources in Yunnan and remains as the "Noah's Ark" for tropical endangered plants.

13000多种热带植物遍布在百花园、奇花异卉园、
珍稀濒危植物迁地保护区等35个植物专类区。
一片面积约250公顷的原始热带雨林区，
构成了一幅幅绚丽的立体画面。
Over 13,000 species of tropical plants are preserved in its 35 gardens such as the national tree&flower garden, rare flower garden, etc.
The whole area includes a 250-hectare patch of well-preserved primary tropical rainforest, which has enhanced its reputation for being one of the most diverse botanical gardens for outdoor plants in the world.

2019年11月25日，
在联合国可持续发展目标的指引下，
“雨林回归计划”
应运而生。
The RCRP（Rainforest Conservation & Restoration Project）was created
under the guidance of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals on November 25th, 2019.
