邦腊掌
位于云南西南边陲的龙陵县，
地处滇缅大断裂带
和怒江大峡谷大断裂带交汇处，
系高黎贡山余脉。
Located at the intersection of the Dian-Burma Fault Zone and the Nujiang Grand Canyon Fault Zone, as the extension of Mount Gaoligong, Banglazhang Hot Spring is situated in Longling County, on the southwestern border of Yunnan Province.
这里地热资源丰富，
是一个拥有六百余泉眼的庞大温泉群，
最高水温达104℃。
泉水颜色随着气候和地壳运动而变化，
能预测方圆800公里内的地震，
被誉为“地球的一个穴位”。
The geothermal resources here are abundant, forming a massive hot spring cluster with over 600 springs, with the highest water temperature reaching 104℃. The colour of the spring water changes with the climate and crustal movements, and it can predict earthquakes within a radius of 800 kilometres, hence it is praised as an 'acupuncture point' of the earth."
“邦腊掌”为傣语
意为“拴住大象的地方”。
这里主要以氡氟泉为主，
同时拥有碳酸泉、硫磺泉......
Banglazhang" in the Dai language means "the place where elephants stay". Here, radon and fluorine springs are the main attraction, along with carbonate springs, sulfur springs and other medicinal springs.
“氡氟泉”属世界最稀缺的医疗温泉，
据说全世界仅开发有两处，
一处在日本富士山下，
另一处便是荣获“世界珍稀温泉”殊荣的
邦腊掌的氡氟泉。
Radon and fluorine springs are one of the rarest medicinal hot springs in the world. It is said that only two such springs have been developed in the world: one is located at the foot of Mount Fuji in Japan, and the other is the Banglazhang Hot Spring, which has won the honour of "World Rare Hot Spring".
氡氟泉中主要含有的“氡、氟”两种元素，
对心血管疾病和调整神经有功能神奇功效，
有着“中国第一奇水”的美誉。
Radon and fluorine, the two main elements found in Banglazhang's medicinal hot springs, possess positive effects on cardiovascular diseases and nervous regulation, earning them the reputation of "China's first miraculous hot spring".
邦腊掌的温泉，
傍泉而筑，森林环绕，
人沐泉中、池隐林间，
是大自然赐予人类的珍贵礼物。
在热气氤氲的温泉中，
远离凡尘的喧嚣，
让惬意浮上心头。
The hot springs of Banglazhang are nestled among the forests, with the pools hiding among the trees. It is a precious gift bestowed upon humanity by nature. In the misty hot springs, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, to immerse ourselves in this natural world.
