南极洛，
位于迪庆州维西县巴迪乡，
是遗落在滇西北一隅的旷世桃源，
地处世界自然遗产“三江并流”腹地，
素有“横断山脉中的绿宝石”的美称。
The region of three parallel rivers in Northwest Yunnan is a unique landform region that has longitudinal range-gorge. It is the natural heritage area in the world, where lies an extremely beautiful fairyland-Nanjiluo, which is located in Badi Township, Weixi County, and was known as “the emerald hidden in the Hengduan Mountains”.
南极洛，
是傈僳语的音译，
意思是“放牛羊的地方”。
以高山湖泊为主要景观，
兼具雪山、高山草甸、原始森林、大小瀑布等，
有人称之为“上帝遗落人间的眼泪”。
Nanjiluo is a transliteration of the Lisu language, which means “the place where people used to pasture”. With beautiful alpine lakes as its main landscape, the Nanjiluo area also covers snow mountains, alpine meadows, primeval forests, and different kinds of waterfalls, which have been reputed as "the tears of god".
南极洛景区
由十二个高山湖泊组成，
湖泊区域海拔在3800—4600米。
传说在很久很久以前，
这里只有雪山、草甸、森林，
有一次，卡瓦格博山神骑着高大的骏马，
从燕子涯出发，去往梅里雪山，
在途经南极洛时，卡瓦格博停下来饮马，
手中的佛珠不慎散落，于是形成了现在的湖泊群。
Nanjiluo Scenic area covers twelve alpine lakes, and the elevation of the lake area ranges from 3800 to 4600 meters. Legend has it that the lakes were formed by the god of Kawagebo’s Buddha beads once he rode his horse from Yanzi Cliffs to Meili snow mountain and dropped them while passing through Nanjiiuo.
南极洛，
目前尚未完全开发，
这是一块美丽与危险并存的处女地。
山路异常崎岖，
部分山路非常狭窄，
但沿途景色极其优美，
吸引着络绎不绝的徒步摄影爱好者来到这里。
Till today some of the areas of Nanjiluo have yet to be fully developed, and this is a land beautiful yet dangerous. Although the scenery along the way is extremely beautiful, driving across miles of rough, stony mountain roads is not an easy thing to do. Some parts of the mountain path are very narrow, which makes the journey extremely difficult. But it will not stop people flocking to see the paradisaical scenery of Nanjiluo.
探索南极洛，
从海拔1900米的澜沧江边开始上山，
途经两个营地，
一号营地，海拔约3400米，
二号营地，海拔约3800米。
到达二号营地之后车辆便无法通行，
只能徒步上山。
The journey of Nanjiluo will start from the Lancang River, which is about 1,900 meters above sea level, and passes through two camps. Camp One is about 3,400 meters above sea level, and Camp Two is about 3,800 meters above sea level. Once you reached Camp Two, there will be no roads for cars, the only method is to trek upward to your destination.
自一号营地出发，
至海拔3700米翻越湖泊风景区第一垭口，
这里怪石嶙峋，绝壁挺松，
出垭口过古树再行1公里
映入眼帘的便是1号舞蹈湖，
传说每年初雪化融，草尖吐锐，
就会有翩翩的仙女降临于此湖边，
向大山诉说着春天的温暖。
From Camp One trek upward to the first pass, which is about 3,700 meters, where rocky jagged mountains tower over Green Plain and following are the ancient trees and the Wudao Lake (Dance Lake). It takes about one kilometer to reach the lake, and legend has it that when the snow melts and temperatures rise in the spring, the fairies will fly to the Dance Lake, which was reckoned as the herald of Spring by locals.
顺流向上，
便是2号心湖，
心湖在南极洛仿若一颗跳动的心脏，
接受着自3号中国湖，
奔流跌落而来的50米高瀑布水流。
再沿曲折蜿蜒的道路行2公里，
便到海拔3800米的二号营地。
Next for you are Lake Two-Swan Lake and Lake Three-China Lake, where 50 meters waterfall cascaded down the glacier-carved slopes from Lake Three to Lake two. Follow the winding roads for another 2 kilometers, you will reach Camp Two at 3,800 meters.
伫立营地前的小山包，
仰望西北，
眼前是一幅山水的画卷，
映照山峰入湖，
山峰与湖泊之间瀑布水花溅落，
远看像一条条洁白哈达自天空垂落山间。
Due to its location, Snow Mountain has the advantage of views encompassing multiple famous ranges and landmarks: on a clear day, to the northwest, one is able to discern magnificent mountains and lakes. with the Waterfalls cascaded down beckoning beyond them in the distance.
到达二号营地后，
可分为两条路线徒步，
第一条路线可继续游览4号姐妹湖，
5号岛湖，6 号黑湖，
7号花湖，8号星湖，9号冰湖。
Once arrived at Camp Two, it's available on a choice of two routes. The first route is to visit Lake 4 Sisters Lake, 5 Island Lake, 6 Black Lake, 7 Flowers Lake, 8 Stars Lake, and 9 Ice Lake with the lead of the guide.
4号姐妹湖
第二条，直达最高的10号湖——天眼措觉姆
沿二号大本营碎石山道向上，
4公里直达天眼措觉姆湖，
翻越4557米天眼垭口，
远眺11号和12号阴阳湖，
沿途雪线抬升，山崖耸峙，
贴地植被密布，石壁黝黑灰白相间，
苍凉之美让人对大自然的鬼斧神工惊叹不已。
The second is Second, go straight to the highest lake-Juemucuo Lake. Following the 4 kilometers of usable roads link Camp Two and Juemucuo Lake, which involved shifts in mountain snow lines, cliffs, and vegetation cover. In this amazing place, the arbitrary nature of the uncanny workmanship carved sway the Earth and all kinds of things here enrichment.
除了形态不一的高山湖泊群，
南极洛还是高山花卉的天堂。
每到夏季，南极洛的黄杯杜鹃、绿绒蒿、
苞叶雪莲等高山花卉次第绽放，
与秋天相比又是别样景致。
Nanjiluo is not only famous for its spectacular mountain lakes, and scenery, but also for the rich resources of its alpine flowers. Every summer, the extremely rare alpine flowers such as the Rhododendron wardii, meconopsis, and Saussurea obvallata bloom one after another, bringing a different scene from autumn.

小贴士Notice:：
1、自2022年7月25日起，南极洛湖泊区域线路每天限制接待旅客团队50—60人。
2、严禁无组团不购险散客入山。
3、严禁一切外来车辆进入湖泊区域。
4、每天13：00前到达接待点旅客，专业领队带队方可进入湖泊区域旅行。
5、请提前准备用于徒步的专业装备、保暖衣物、氧气、高原维能和应急药品。
1. The daily reception is planned to be only 50 to 60 travelers in the form of teams in the Nanjiluo Lake Region from July 25, 2022.
2. Travelers without insurance or individual traveler is strictly prohibited to enter.
3. All private vehicles are forbidden to enter the lake area.
4. Travelers could enter the lake area only when arriving at the reception station before 13:00 with professional guides in the form of teams.
5. Please prepare professional equipment, warm clothes, oxygen, food, and emergency medicine for hiking in advance to ensure that you can respond to an emergency and protect yourself.
