保险单据是保险人与被保险人之间订立保险合同的正式书面证明，反映了保险人与被保险人之间的权利和义务关系，也是保险人的承保证明。当发生保险责任范围内的损失时，它又是保险索赔和理赔的主要依据。让我们来看看保险单的种类有哪些吧！
1. Insurance Policy
Insurance Policy即保险单，俗称“大保单”，它是一种独立的保险凭证。一旦货物受到损失，承保人和被保险人都要按照保险条款和投保险别来分清货损，处理索赔。
例句
When the insurance policy indicates that it has been issued in more than one original, all originals must be presented.
如果保险单表明其以多份正本出具，所有正本均须提交。
An insurance policy is acceptable in lieu of an insurance certificate or a declaration under an open cover.
可以接受保险单代预约保险项下的保险证明书或声明书。
2. Insurance Certificate
Insurance Certificate指保险凭证，俗称“小保单”，是一种较简单的保险凭证。这种保险凭证格式简单，但它与保险单具有同等的法律效力。
例句
An insurance certificate must appear to be issued and signed by an insurance company, an underwriter or their agents or their proxies.
保险凭证必须看似由保险公司或承保人或其代理人或代表出具并签署。
An insurance certificate must indicate that risks are covered at least between the place of taking in charge or shipment and the place of discharge or final destination as stated in the credit.

3. Combined Insurance Certificate
Combined Insurance Certificate为联合保险凭证，利用商业发票在上面加盖保险章，注明保险编号、险别、金额、装载船名、开船日期等，以此作为保险凭证。它与保险单有同等效力，但不能转让。
