商务谈判
商务谈判，指人们为了协调彼此之间的商务关系，满足各自的商务需求，通过协商对话以争取达到某项商务交易的行为和过程。其目的包括解决争端、维护或扩大自身利益等，因此，它在商业活动中的重要意义也不言而喻。在国际商务中，自然也不可缺少这重要的一环，我们需要通过得体的礼仪、友好的磋商以及精彩的谈判，和对方一道促成合作、争取成功。
在谈判过程中，语言是最直接、最有力的武器，国际商务谈判中更是如此。这时，流利从容的表达更是谈判者最坚强的底气。掌握这些常用句式，就迈出了成功的第一步。

(1) alternative
n. 备选
eg: I am afraid that we cannot offer you the raise you requested, but let's discuss some other alternatives.
我方恐怕无法满足你方提高价格的要求，但我们可以讨论一些其他方案。
(2) arbitration
n. 仲裁
eg: We'd better settle this between us, because a formal arbitration will cost both of us money.
我们最好能解决这一问题，因为正式的仲裁对双方来说均是开销。
(3) bottom-line
n. 底线
eg: I'll accept a raise of 2 dollars per ton, but that's my bottom line.
我方接受每吨提价2美元，但这是底线。
(4) consensus
n. 共识
eg: It would be great if we could come to a consensus as soon as possible.
如果我们能尽快达成共识，那就太好了。
(5) deadlock
n. 僵局
eg: Since the discussion has come to a deadlock, we propose continuing the negotiations next week.

n. 妥协，让步，减价
eg: I think we can offer all of these concessions, but not all at once.

eg: I'm planning to high-ball my expectations when I open the discussion.
