Excuse me. Do you have a direct flight from Xiamen to New York?
I'm sorry, sir. We don't have any direct flights to New York. But we can arrange for a connecting flight to New York by way of Chicago.
According to the flight schedule, you have two and a half hours for the transfer, and should be sure to make it.
Do I have to claim my baggage in Sydney and have it checked again?
Our airlines can interline your baggage all the way through to the destination. As soon as the flight arrives in Chicago, baggage handlers will transfer it to the connecting flight bound for New York.
It's best to remind our agents to label your baggage as interlined baggage when you check in for your flight at the airport.
Good afternoon. I missed my connecting flight to Boston. Who should I contact for help?
We can help you find an alternate flight to get you where you're going.
Don't worry. Our ticketing is tied in with other airlines. If we have no other flights for you, perhaps another airline has some seats available to your destination.
