Cathy: We're in the Household Care Global Business Unit offices.
Allan: How is the unit structured?
Cathy: Well, as you know, Household Care includes major brands such as Bess, and Joy.
Allan: So, there's a divisional structure, right?
Cathy: Yes. Each section is responsible for its brand's production, promotion and sales. As the administrative assistant, you'll soon get to understand how it works.
Allan: Are the other units structured in the same way?
Cathy: Basically, yes. However, some employees in the HR Department have been allocated to take care of the personnel management in each unit.
Allan: I see, so they're not entirely separate, are they?
Cathy: No.
Allan: Who is the Director of the Household Care Unit?
Cathy: It's Mr. Andrew. But you'll report to the Admin. Manager. You met him at your interview. I'll introduce you to Mr. Andrew though. Oh, here he comes…
