Eddie: Good morning, Ms. I'm from PT. We manufacture hair care products. Would you mind answering a few questions for my market survey?

Interviewee: Sure. Why not? I think I've seen your TV ad.

Eddie: Thank you. What kind of hair products do you usually use?

Interviewee: At home, shampoo and conditioner.

Eddie: At home? So you mean you also go to hair salons?

Interviewee: Yes. About every two weeks. You see, I have very dry hair. It needs special treatment.

Eddie: Thank you. The next question is where do you buy your hair care products? In supermarkets, online, or…?

Interviewee: In supermarkets. Usually I buy big bottles, 750 mls, the whole family uses the same shampoo.

Eddie: I see. You don't ever buy from a brand chain store?

Interviewee: No, because I don't have any preference, and I change brands quite often.

Eddie: Do you have any preference for the fragrance?

Interviewee: Yes, lemon. And we also like mint in my family.
