BIOGRAPHY
Francesco Ciucci
Professor Francesco Ciucci holds the Chair of Electrode Design for Electrochemical Energy Systems at the University of Bayreuth. He previously held faculty positions at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and earned his Ph.D. at Caltech. His research combines materials development, Bayesian inference, and machine learning for batteries, fuel cells, and electrocatalysis. His contributions include methods and software for distribution of relaxation times analysis of electrochemical impedance data. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
