砺技于岗 步步进阶
机加一线，机床轰鸣；匠心筑梦，实干为桨。2011年，张爱杰入职威飞，从一名普通车床工人起步，扎根生产制造一线，从零部件加工开始学习，熟悉每一台设备性能，吃透零部件加工流程，在一次次实操中积累扎实的现场经验。凭借踏实肯干的工作作风，他从普通车床工人成长为车床调度，再走上管理岗位。岗位在变，实干本色不变。
走上管理岗位后，他直面机加工厂多订单并行、工序繁杂、设备调度压力大的现实工况。他坚持扎在生产现场，不脱离一线作业，紧盯加工质量、生产进度、人员调度各个环节，把一线沉淀的经验运用到车间管理中，统筹人员、设备、物料，协调处理各类突发问题，为车间稳定运转筑牢基础。他常对班组说：“现场多走一步，心里就多一分底；订单再多，也要一件一件干出来。”
On the machining line, machine tools hum; craftsmanship builds dreams, and hard work propels progress. In 2011, Zhang Aijie joined WEFIC, starting as a regular lathe operator. He immersed himself in the production line, learning from the basics of parts processing, familiarizing himself with the performance of each machine, and mastering the parts processing procedures. Through repeated hands-on experience, he accumulated solid on-site expertise. With his down-to-earth work ethic, he rose from a lathe operator to a lathe operator scheduler, and then to a management position. His roles changed, but his dedication to hard work remained constant.
After assuming a management position, he faced the reality of a machining plant with multiple orders running concurrently, complex processes, and heavy equipment scheduling pressure. He insisted on staying on the production floor, never leaving the front lines, closely monitoring every aspect of processing quality, production progress, and personnel scheduling. He applied his frontline experience to workshop management, coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials, and resolving various unexpected issues, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the workshop. He often told his team, "The more steps you take on the job, the more confident you become; no matter how many orders there are, you have to complete them one by one."
攻坚产线 力保产能
他记忆尤为深刻的，是东南亚某项目采油树的推进落地。项目任务下达后，时间紧、产出压力大，产品交付目标艰巨，产线流程需要梳理优化，设备排布、工序流转、人员排班都需重新统筹。面对繁重任务，他带领车间团队抢抓生产节点，合理调配班组力量，紧盯加工质量不放松，全员齐力攻坚克难，最终保障既定目标落地，交出了一份扎实的生产答卷，充分展现了威飞人迎难而上、协同攻坚的拼搏特质。
面对短板，他没有回避退缩。压力之下，他一边扛住项目交付重担，一边主动补学工艺知识，对照图纸、工艺文件虚心钻研，向技术能手请教探讨，在实战中补齐能力弱项，在挑战中磨砺管理能力。过程充满煎熬与考验，但当一批批产品顺利完成交付，所有压力与辛苦都化为成就感与喜悦。这正是威飞人正视不足、勤学求进精神的真实体现。
Faced with shortcomings, he did not shy away or back down. Under pressure, he shouldered the heavy responsibility of project delivery while proactively learning process knowledge. He humbly studied blueprints and process documents, consulted with technical experts, and made up for his weaknesses in practice, honing his management skills through challenges. The process was full of hardships and tests, but when batches of products were successfully delivered, all the pressure and hard work transformed into a sense of accomplishment and joy. This is a true reflection of the spirit of every member of WEFIC of facing shortcomings squarely and striving for progress.
