马士基浩南轮,这艘世界上最大的集装箱之一,在整个航运界震惊和无数配载客户哭泣和煎熬中,明天终于要开始靠岸卸柜了!!

据搜航网最新获悉,明天(5月22日)这艘烈火重生的集装箱巨轮将开始靠泊迪拜的 Jebel Ali码头!
所有货柜将陆续从船上卸载至码头专门区域,进行定损核查以及后续的转运安排!
来自2M联盟成员之一的MSC官方通知,即使一切顺利的话,Maersk Honam轮的码头卸载作业时间,大概也需要4到7天!

而据最新的消息,MSC昨日也已经发出公告,考察到大火发生后拖轮牵引作业,以及在避难港所产生的大量额外作业和留置费用,所有客户必须支付一笔金额为USD 750/20'柜, USD 1250/40'柜的额外费用。
对于没有支付这笔额外费用的客户,船公司将不负责将货物运往最终的目的港!
船公司解释说这笔额外收费将用于本次火灾事故中的转运,堆存以及运输费用。
“We are therefore requesting an amount of 750 USD per 20’ / 1250 USD per 40’.
This amount is destined to cover all additional transshipment, storage and on carriage costs MSC will face as the result of this regrettable casualty.”

据搜航网收集的数据显示,Maersk Honam轮大火发生时,这艘运力高达15262Teu的集装箱船, 上面装载了7860个集装箱。
此次大火中约有两千多个集装箱被彻底烧毁,但仍然有近6000个集装箱从现场图片初步看来,是“比较”完整的,这将有待于明天靠泊后,专业第三方机构的具体评估!

To our customers with cargo on board “Maersk Honam” voyage 806W
The MAERSK HONAM’s berthing is currently confirmed for 22 May and the discharging operations of all sound containers will be undertaken immediately by MSC MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING COMPANY SA (“MSC”).
In consideration of the important geographical deviation provoked by the salvage operations and of the consecutive extra handling/storage costs that will accrue at port of refuge, MSC will unfortunately not be in position to carry your cargo to destination without collecting additional charges.
We are therefore requesting an amount of 750 USD per 20’ / 1250 USD per 40’. This amount is destined to cover all additional transshipment, storage and on-carriage costs MSC will face as the result of this regrettable casualty.
We are profoundly sorry for these additional costs which are imposed on us by the situation.
If you do not accept these terms, the voyage of your cargo will be deemed terminated at Jebel Ali in accordance with clause 19. MATTERS ADVERSELY AFFECTING CARRIER'S PERFORMANCE and your cargo will be handed back to your local representatives under the double prerequisite that a) the original Bills of Lading have been returned to us duly endorsed, and b) your shipment has been released from General Average/Salvage, and will be subject to payment of storage and demurrage as per our tariff.
Please confirm your decision by 24 May 2018 – (18h00 GMT) using the following email address: CH001-honam.incident@msc.com
If MSC does not receive confirmation of your decision before the deadline, termination of voyage will be acted.

并且更重要的是,您的货物将以双重先决条件交还给您的当地代表:
a)原始提单已经退还给我们;
b) 你的货物将从共同海损和救助中解除,并将需按我们的关税支付存储和滞期费。
请在2018年5月24日前(格林尼治标准时间18点)使用以下电子邮件地址确认您的决定:CH001-honam.incident@msc.com。
如果MSC在截止日期之前未收到您的决定的确认,则将终止货物转运。
如有需要,我们的团队将全程负责。
对于那些货柜没有完全烧毁的集装箱货主,明天将开始另外一段的煎熬!
首先,你得忍住眼泪先交一笔不菲额外费用:USD750/20'

其次,你得等上4到7天大船完成落柜的码头作业;
然后,你得等上第三方专业机构的评估是否货损或完好;
最好,你得再等上一两周等待货物转运至原定目的港!
当然,对于已经确认自己货物不幸放置在前部货仓并已被烧毁的客户,他们的漫长的索赔期也才刚刚开始!
