本文目标读者是谁？
有兴趣称为香港医生的①内地医科在读生、②内地执业医师、③将来志愿内地医科大学的中小学学生、④学龄前儿童、婴幼儿或尚未成为受精卵的（但父母有此意愿）
注1：获承认医学资格（内地医学学位），目前仅限于个别学校（名单如下），但这个名单2年内已经扩充了3此，从第一批次的27家（仅包括耶鲁、约翰霍普金斯、新国大等世界名校），已经扩容到第四批次总共97家（并且首次出现内地高校且专业本身并非仅面相港澳生源，即属于通过高考招收内地学生的专业）(详见下图)，照此趋势，其它综合类大学的医学院获得承认是个可以预期的事件。
注2：后文会解释，但简单而言，想去香港做医生，除了获得上述认可的学位外，还需要完成至少1年规培（完成全部规培、获得内地医生注册尤佳）。内地医学专业培养流程不统一，学位而言分为1.主流的“5+3”一体化临床医学人才培养模式（前五年读5年本科，后三年毕业时分别获得①规培结业证书、②执业医师资格证、③专业硕士毕业证书、④专业硕士学位证书，俗称“四证合一”），三年制专科、五年制本科、临床医学八年制本博连读（临床医学精英学位，国内仅十多所学校开设）；获得学位后（除了5+3模式的）还需要接受规培，有的地方规培2年，有的规培3年，规培方式和规格也不同（复旦模式、协和模式等等），甚至由于医学院附属医院规培名额有限，没有拿到规培名额的医科生就面临淘汰。

为什么要来香港做医生？
并非需要完成Full Registration注册为香港医师才可以担任下述职位（比如内地有经验的注册医生可以直接申请副顾问医生的工作，对应的月薪就在10万人民币以上）：Service Resident下称住院医师，Associate Consultant下称副顾问医生。单位是港币，一般1港币=0.9人民币，同级别（获对应级别）职位是内地薪酬的三倍。
而且机会来源于两个特殊机遇：1.香港医生流失，2.因为香港医务人员流失，香港政府近年来颁行、修订新的Medical Registration Ordinance医师注册法例及配套规则，才扩充了香港以外的医学生、医生注册为香港医生的路径。
专业人士，譬如医生、律师、注册会计师，在香港、新加坡的收入大约在香港本地职工平均收入的3-6倍。虽然与运动员、艺术家、明星比较，但前者分别需要稀缺的身体、（灵巧的手？比如钢琴？）、颜值天赋，中产收入可观、职业体面，且是每个人通过努力都可以追求的目标。

内地人成为香港医生的路径：
总的非香港本地培训医学生有上图右侧三条路径，①参加并通过Licensing Examination执业考试；②Limited Registration (LR，限制注册医生)；③Special Registration (SpR，特殊注册医生)，而后者又进一步分为Certification for Specialist Registration (CSR，专家注册证书)/ Certification for Specialist Qualification (CSQ，专家资格证书)（**本期重点介绍的内地人最可能成功的路径）两条路径。
Special Registration (SpR，特殊注册医生)去年修订改革前最常用的是上图路径一、路径二的流程图。
注1：Licensing Examination执业考试的介绍及报名条件及流程请见：https://leip.mchk.org.hk/EN/bexam_I.html 该考试考核范围广、透明度低、流程复杂。

注2：LR限制注册医生除了放射、病理、麻醉之外，均需熟练掌握英文和粤语，申请人需经过医管局面试。
注3：CSR专家注册证书不适用于非Permanent Resident（香港永久居民，PR，一般指连续以香港为惯常居住地7年），For applicants for special registration who are not Hong Kong permanent residents and are not registered medical practitioners, they are not eligible to apply for CSR (because they are not yet registered medical practitioners)对于非香港永久性居民和非注册医生的特别注册申请者，他们没有资格申请CSR（因为他们还不是注册医生）。
***种子路径CSQ专家资格证书：
概括一下就是：合资格内地医学学位→完成规培注册为内地医师→填写CSQ申请表格（下文会附）→香港的某医科大学审核申请人材料并由香港医学会审核→如认为医学学历教育、执业后持续培训同香港等同则颁发有效期为3年的CSQ（如认为重大不符合则申请失败，如认为轻微不符合，则通过额外培训补救，培训考核通过后办法有效期为3年的CSQ）→在香港公立医院工作满5年→Full registration with satisfactory and competent performance若认定具有满意且适格的表现则可注册为香港医师。
