巴基斯坦贸易投资促进企业丝路进出口公司，已与贵州多家中国企业签署合作协议，并分别同钢铁、制药、健康科技领域企业开展洽谈，致力于拓展巴基斯坦与中国之间的产业及商贸联系。
在贵州省商会主办的贵州‑巴基斯坦经贸研讨会上，该公司与四家贵州本土企业签署谅解备忘录及合作协议。
据这家巴基斯坦企业介绍，上述协议旨在为巴基斯坦境内潜在合资项目、技术转让以及本土产业发展搭建基础，重点覆盖基础设施、农业、建材以及食品物流领域。
此外，该公司代表团走访了中国神龙钢铁位于玉溪的一处生产基地，双方围绕巴基斯坦市场展开磋商。会谈内容涉及冷轧、镀锌、彩涂钢材产品，以及相关产品进入巴基斯坦市场、搭建分销渠道的可行方案。
制药领域方面，这家巴基斯坦企业还赴成都海思科医药集团厂区开展洽谈。
两家企业正探讨建立合作关系，助力海思科在巴基斯坦拓展商业布局与品牌影响力。会谈聚焦市场准入、产品商业化运营以及长期医药业务的搭建。
代表团还到访深圳博通集团，参观其研发设施，并与博通合作方麦格弗莱尔就巴基斯坦潜在合资项目、技术转让与生产制造机会交换意见，探讨兼顾巴国内市场与出口市场的发展可能性。
Pakistan-based trade and investment facilitation company Silkway Impex has signed agreements with Chinese companies in Guizhou and held separate discussions with firms in the steel, pharmaceutical and health-technology sectors, as it seeks to expand industrial and commercial linkages between Pakistan and China.
At a Guizhou-Pakistan Economic and Trade Symposium organised by the Guizhou Chamber of Commerce, the company signed memorandums of understanding and partnership agreements with four Guizhou-based enterprises.
According to the Pakistani company, the agreements are intended to provide a foundation for potential joint ventures, technology transfer and local industrial development in Pakistan, particularly in infrastructure, agriculture, building materials and food logistics.
Separately, the company’s delegation visited one of Shenlong Steel’s manufacturing facilities in Yuxi, China, where the two sides discussed the Pakistani market. The talks covered cold-rolled, galvanized and colour-coated steel products and potential market-entry and distribution arrangements in Pakistan.
In the pharmaceutical sector, the Pakistani company also held discussions with Haisco Pharmaceutical Group at its facilities in Chengdu.
The two companies are exploring a partnership aimed at developing Haisco’s commercial and brand presence in Pakistan. Discussions focused on market entry, product commercialisation and the development of a long-term pharmaceutical business.
The delegation also visited China Boton Group in Shenzhen and toured its research and development facilities. It held discussions with Boton partner MagFlare on potential joint ventures, technology transfer and manufacturing opportunities in Pakistan, including the possibility of serving both domestic and export markets.
2.中巴在洛阳共建的畜禽疫病防控联合实验室正式揭牌

中国‑巴基斯坦畜禽疫病防控联合实验室在河南省洛阳市正式落成，两国将进一步拓展动物疫苗、疫病防控及相关技术领域合作。
巴基斯坦参议院财政与税收常设委员会主席萨利姆·曼迪瓦拉参议员率领巴代表团出席洛阳现代生物集团举办的实验室揭牌仪式，信德省动物健康研究所总干事纳齐尔·侯赛因·卡尔霍罗博士亦到场参会。
洛阳现代生物集团表示，该实验室将作为联合科研、技术转让、人员交流培训以及科研成果商业化转化的合作平台。
白忠虎教授出任该联合实验室主任，中国工程院院士张高平及其他专家出席揭牌仪式。
该实验室建立在信德省畜牧渔业厅与洛阳现代生物集团前期合作基础之上。今年5月，双方签署合资协议，业务涵盖巴基斯坦境内动物疫苗的经销与供应，其中包含口蹄疫疫苗，同时协议还涉及技术交流，以及动物标识与溯源体系方面的未来合作。
巴基斯坦新闻信息部在7月27日声明中表示，信德‑08型口蹄疫毒株相关技术工作正在推进，中巴两国的疫苗试验预计将于11月完成。
A China-Pakistan joint laboratory for livestock disease prevention and control has been launched in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province, as the two countries expand cooperation on animal vaccines, disease control and related technologies.
Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Finance and Revenue, led a Pakistani delegation to the launch at Luoyang Modern Biology Group. Dr. Nazir Hussain Kalhoro, director general of the Sindh Institute of Animal Health, also attended.
According to Luoyang Modern Biology Group, the laboratory will serve as a platform for joint research, technology transfer, personnel exchanges and training, and the commercialization of research results.
Professor Bai Zhonghu has been appointed director of the joint laboratory. Zhang Gaiping, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and other experts also attended the launch.
The laboratory builds on earlier cooperation between the Sindh Livestock and Fisheries Department and Luoyang Modern Biology Group. In May, the two sides signed a joint venture agreement covering the distribution and supply of animal vaccines in Pakistan, including foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccines. The agreement also covers technology exchange and future cooperation on animal identification and traceability systems.
Pakistan's Press Information Department (PID) said in a July 27 statement that technical work was also under way on the Sindh-08 strain of FMD, with vaccine trials in China and Pakistan expected to be completed by November.
3.巴基斯坦FoodAg2026农业食品展将于11月举办，助力中巴农产品贸易扩容
Pakistan’s FoodAg2026 Agriculture & Food Exhibition to Be Held in November to Expand China‑Pakistan Agricultural Trade
北京国际商会9月28日发布官方通知，巴基斯坦第四届FoodAg国际食品与农业展览会（FoodAg2026）定于2026年11月23‑26日在卡拉奇博览中心举办。展会由巴基斯坦贸易发展局TDAP主办，是巴基斯坦规模最大的农业食品专业展会。
本届展会预计汇集来自80余个国家的500余家参展商，吸引850余名国际采购商到场对接。展会设置全球美食文化展、农业食品高峰论坛，围绕食品加工技术、可持续农业、跨境贸易投资等议题开展交流。巴方为海外采购商提供专项补贴，每家企业可享受1个补贴名额，名额先到先得。中国农产品进口商、经销商须于10月21日前完成报名。
巴基斯坦贸易发展局表示，展会将依托中巴经济走廊2.0框架，重点推动巴基斯坦特色农产品对华出口，打通两国农业产业链对接渠道，拓展双边农产品贸易规模，助力CPEC2.0农业领域合作落地。

The China Chamber of International Commerce issued an official notice on September 28. Pakistan’s 4th FoodAg International Food & Agriculture Exhibition (FoodAg2026) will take place from November 23 to 26, 2026 at Karachi Expo Centre. Hosted by Pakistan’s Trade Development Authority (TDAP), it is Pakistan’s largest‑scale professional agriculture‑food exhibition.
The exhibition will gather over 500 exhibitors from more than 80 countries and attract 850 international buyers. It features global food culture shows and agriculture‑food summits covering food‑processing technologies, sustainable agriculture and cross‑border trade investment. Pakistan offers special buyer subsidies for overseas participants with one slot per enterprise on a first‑come‑first‑served basis. Chinese agricultural importers and distributors are required to complete registration before October 21.
TDAP stated that under the CPEC Phase‑II framework, the exhibition will prioritize boosting exports of Pakistani characteristic agricultural products to China, build channels for bilateral agricultural industrial‑chain alignment, expand bilateral agricultural trade volume and support practical agricultural cooperation under CPEC Phase‑II.
