(Senior) Consultant - Finance Consulting

（高级）咨询顾问 - 财务咨询方向

• Work experience with at least one of the following areas:

  具备以下领域的相关经验：

  1. Planning and delivery of consulting projects for Finance Shared Services implementation, Technology modernization around finance function, Digital finance transformation, Finance process standardization, etc;

  负责财务共享服务落地、财务职能技术现代化改造、财务数字化转型、财务流程标准化等咨询项目的规划与交付；

  2. Independently completing tasks including interview with client management, requirement analysis, analyses of key management infrastructure, design of transformation blueprints, process design and optimization, function requirements and system architecture and PMO responsibilities;

  独立完成各项工作：客户管理层访谈、需求分析、核心管理架构分析、转型蓝图设计、流程设计与优化、功能需求与系统架构设计，并承担PMO相关工作；

  3. Good awareness of compliance and risk management, and integrating of governance elements in client’s relevant functions/systems;

  具备良好的合规与风险管理意识，能够在客户相关业务职能及系统中融入治理要素；

  4. In-house roles of relevant functions in sizeable organizations;

  大型企业内部相关职能岗位工作经验；

  5. Success cases of utilizing technologies and/or innovations to enhance values of work;

  拥有运用技术及创新手段提升业务价值的成功项目案例；

  6. Participation in relevant finance projects in overseas countries is a plus;

  有海外财务相关项目参与经验者优先；

  7. Experience in execution of data governance project is a plus;

  拥有数据治理项目落地实施经验者优先；

  8. Knowledge of AI governance and AI risk management is a strong advantage.

  了解 AI 治理与 AI 风险管理知识者优先。
  

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, documentation and reporting skills.

  具备良好的分析、问题解决、文档撰写及汇报能力。

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  具备良好中英文听说读写能力。

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in a relevant discipline (Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, IT and other related fields).

  本科及以上学历，工商管理、经济学、财务 / 会计、信息技术或其他相关专业。

• 1+ years (4+ years for Senior Consultant) relevant experience in consulting, audit or in-house roles with at least one complete project experience in Finance Shared-Services, ERP/other relevant system implementation, finance process standardization, etc.

  具备1年及以上相关工作经验（高级顾问需4年及以上），咨询、审计或企业内部岗位背景；至少拥有一个完整项目经验，涉及财务共享服务、ERP 或其他相关系统实施、财务流程标准化等领域。

• Familiar with PMO roles and responsibilities, as well as project management process.

  熟悉 PMO 岗位职责以及项目管理流程。

• Experience in well-known local/global players of finance consulting firms or finance software companies is preferred.

  有国内外知名财务咨询公司或财务软件企业从业经验者优先。

• Professional Certification such as CPA, ACCA or similar.  Relevant AI certifications with Microsoft/AWS/Google are preferred.

  拥有 CPA、ACCA 等专业资格证书；拥有微软、亚马逊云、谷歌相关 AI 认证者优先。
