Head of Strategy & Business Development at H.A.C. Pharma, an independent European specialty pharmaceutical company, headquartered in France. In this role, he leads corporate strategy, business development, licensing, acquisitions, and commercialization initiatives across Europe, supporting international biopharma companies seeking to bring innovative therapies to European patients.
Prior to joining H.A.C. Pharma, François held senior commercial excellence, market research, and strategic planning roles at Sandoz / Novartis, where he developed extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercialization,market analysis, and portfolio management. He also worked in healthcare-focused mergers and acquisitions advisory, providing strategic support for life sciences transactions.
Combining an engineering background from Télécom ParisTech with an MBA in Healthcare Management, François brings a pragmatic perspective on European market entry, market access, licensing partnerships, and specialty pharmaceutical launches. He regularly engages with international biotech companies to evaluate partnership opportunities and develop commercialization strategies across the European landscape.
