Wrap/Twist someone around one's finger
- To gain complete control, dominance, or mastery over somebody; to make someone do whatever one wishes
- To successfully control or exert influence over, especially for a sustained period of time
- A term used when a girl has a guy under her command. Means the guy will pretty much follow the girl's every wish and do whatever she wants.
