建筑工程采购员 / Construction Procurement Officer

· Salary: AED 10,000 per month

【岗位职责丨Key Responsibilities】
· 根据项目采购需求，编制并发送询价文件；
· 收集、审核及对比供应商报价，协助完成询价、比价及商务谈判；
· 负责建筑材料及设备供应商的开发、评估与日常维护；
· 整理并审核供应商资质文件及相关采购资料；
· 跟进采购进度，与项目团队及供应商保持有效沟通；
· 协助控制采购成本，保障材料及设备按项目要求及时供应。
· Prepare and issue requests for quotation based on project procurement requirements;
· Collect, review, and compare supplier quotations, and assist with price evaluation and commercial negotiations;
· Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers of construction materials and equipment;
· Organize and review supplier qualification documents and other procurement-related records;
· Follow up on procurement progress and maintain effective communication with project teams and suppliers;
· Assist with procurement cost control and ensure the timely supply of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
【任职要求丨Candidate Requirements】
· 具有建筑总承包项目采购工作经验；
· 熟悉迪拜及中东地区建筑材料、设备供应链及市场行情；
· 具备较强的询价比价、商务谈判及供应商管理能力；
· 英语流利，能够独立与当地供应商进行商务沟通；
· 工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通协调及执行能力；
· 会阿拉伯语者优先；
· 目前在阿联酋并持有效居留签证者优先。
· Previous procurement experience in building or general contracting projects;
· Familiarity with the construction materials and equipment supply chain, as well as market conditions in Dubai and the wider Middle East;
· Strong capabilities in sourcing, quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, and supplier management;
· Fluent English, with the ability to communicate and negotiate independently with local suppliers;
· Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and execution skills;
· Arabic language skills are preferred;
· Candidates currently based in the UAE with a valid residence visa will be given priority.
