继气味上海2025秋季展的桂花主题展「何须浅碧深红色，自是花中第一流」之后，此次，我们将目光转向玫瑰——香水史上最经典、也不断被重新定义的题材之一。
特别主题展览「重写玫瑰」将汇集70余件展品，以十个章节回望两百余年的玫瑰香水创作，呈现玫瑰如何穿越地域、文化与性别，被一代代调香师重新书写。您还可以在现场进一步体验到玫瑰花材、纯露、精油、浸膏、原精与关键气味分子，从更微观的角度，认识熟悉印象之外的玫瑰，探索其在香水创作中的更多可能。
Following the osmanthus-themed exhibition NEED NOT BRIGHT COLORS TO BE THE BEST at Notes Shanghai 2025AW, we now turn to the rose—one of perfumery's most enduring and continually reinterpreted themes.
The special exhibition REWRITING ROSE will bring together over 70 exhibits in ten chapters spanning more than two centuries of rose perfumery, exploring how generations of perfumers have reimagined the rose across geographical, cultural and gender boundaries. Visitors can also explore rose flowers, hydrosols, essential oils, concretes, absolutes and key
aroma molecules up close, looking beyond familiar impressions to discover the rose's wider creative potential.

Masters, a series within Notes Shanghai's special exhibition programme, spotlights an era-defining master perfumer each season. Through fragrance, text and visual storytelling, it presents landmark works from across their career, exploring the inspiration behind their creations.
The second edition features Alberto Morillas, Master Perfumer at dsm-firmenich—a creator of modern fragrance classics and a perfumery legend whose career spans more than half a century.

铭康香料以「嗅见东方」为名，往返于山野与实验室之间，在四时流转中采集原料最准确的气息瞬间。以花、果、木、植、蔬、食六域为径，把东方香材铺陈为一座流动的嗅觉图谱。山径雨后腾起的草木清芬，灶台边新米蒸透时弥漫的甜润，将这些气息静静凝驻，让气味与灵魂在此共鸣。
一息所至，即见东方。
Oriental fragrance is not only a geographical label on an aroma-material catalogue, but it is the essence of nature perceived through a wisp of scent.
Under the theme Scenting the Orient, Wincom Fragrances travels between mountain wilderness and laboratories, capturing the most authentic aromatic moments of raw materials across the shifting seasons.Following six dimensions-flowers, fruits, woods, botanicals, vegetables and foods-it unfolds oriental aroma ingredients into a fluid olfactory atlas.The fresh vegetal breeze rising after mountain-trail rains, the mellow sweetness of freshly-steamed rice wafting from the kitchen stove, these scents are gently preserved,enabling resonance between aroma and soul.

这是一个关于出去玩的摄影小展。我们在旅途中拍了些照片，也把照片留不住的气味，装进了「cottee 旅行者计划」的“小酒壶”。这趟旅行不用准备签证和机票，欢迎你来随便看看，顺便闻闻。不看展也没关系，来找个位置坐坐，翻翻画报。放心，里面全是废话，没写一点正事。
This is a little photo show about going on trips. Along the way, we took some photos and put the scents they couldn’t capture into the little “hip flasks” of cottee Traveler’s Plan. No visa or plane ticket needed for this trip. Come by for a look, and a sniff while you’re at it. If you don’t feel like seeing the show, that’s fine too. Find a seat and flip through our zines. Don’t worry—they’re all nonsense, without a serious word in sight.

“金桂奖”——中国首个香氛香水行业官方大奖，由中国日用化工协会与《瑞丽》于2023年共同创立。旨在表彰香氛香水行业的杰出产品、树立品牌形象、普及香氛香水知识，以及推动香氛香水行业的健康、有序、可持续和高质量发展。
评选过程覆盖香水与香氛两大品类，依据香气品质与外观设计这两大核心标准。评选由权威的专业评委和大众评委进行盲测，严格遵循年度评选机制。参选作品需经过报名审核、初评、终评三级评审流程，最终角逐出年度奖项的归属。
2026金桂奖大众评审现场评选将在气味上海&美美上海2026秋季展期间举行，诚邀您来到现场，以大众评委身份参与年度荣誉的诞生。
The "Golden Osmanthus Awards" — China's first official fragrance industry accolade — was co-founded in 2023 by the China Daily Chemicals Association and Rayli magazine. It recognizes outstanding fragrance products, elevates brand prestige, promotes fragrance knowledge, and drives the industry's healthy, orderly, sustainable and high-quality development.
The evaluation covers both perfumery and scented product categories, assessing two core criteria: fragrance quality and packaging design. A rigorous annual selection process employs blind testing by authoritative professional judges and public jurors. All entries must pass three evaluation stages — application review, preliminary judging, and final selection — to compete for the annual honors.
Public judging for the 2026 awards will take place at Notes Shanghai & Beauty Shanghai 2026 AW. Join us as a Public Judge and take part in shaping this year’s honors.
