A fast-growing international company is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support its operations in France.
💰 Salary: Approx. €90,000/year — negotiable for exceptional candidates

【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Serve as the primary legal contact between the France subsidiary and the Group Legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial contracts, employment agreements, leases, and other business-related contracts.
• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to support the company’s day-to-day operations and business development in France.
• Assist with arbitration, litigation, disputes, and other legal matters.
• Conduct legal research on relevant French and EU laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date legal and compliance information.
• Translate complex legal concepts and regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and business-oriented advice.
• Support compliance matters relating to the France subsidiary, including providing compliance advice, guidance, and training to business teams.
• Maintain corporate governance and registration information for the France subsidiary and ensure that corporate records remain accurate and up to date.
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Legal education background in both China and France is preferred.
• Legal professional qualification in China and/or France.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese, English, and French.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; corporate advisory and in-house Legal Counsel experience is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of French commercial, contract, employment, and corporate governance laws.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a true Legal Business Partner to the business.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment.
