💰 Salary: CAD $50,000–$60,000/year
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–3 years of HR experience to join a growing team.
This role focuses primarily on full-cycle recruitment, while also supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✅ Source talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and social media
✅ Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers
✅ Support onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
✅ Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
Qualifications
✔ 2–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
✔ Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
✔ Previous recruitment agency or staffing agency experience is highly preferred
✔ Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards and HR practices
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
✔ CHRP (or working toward CHRP) is an asset
✔ Mandarin is an asset
