About the Role Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, this strategic leadership role oversees HR policies, programs, and practices across US operations, including corporate offices and retail chain stores. The Director will drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, lead talent acquisition, and partner with corporate teams in Compensation, Learning & Development, and HR policy to foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead strategic HR policy design, implementation, and improvement
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies for corporate and store vacancies
