🚀A well-known internet company is looking for an experienced HRBP Lead to support its Greater Americas and international business, covering the U.S., Latin America, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, and New Zealand.
📍 Location: Central City, Los Angeles — Onsite
💰 Total Compensation: USD $150K–$180K
The role will provide HR support for the U.S. business as well as selected international markets. The U.S. team currently has approximately 70–80 employees, supported by two HR Leads.
We’re looking for someone with:
• 6+ years of hands-on HR experience in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and employee relations
• Experience supporting a growing U.S. company or a team of 50+ employees
• Cross-regional or international HR experience is highly preferred
• Industry background is flexible
