感恩节，是我们外贸小伙伴们非常重视的一个节日，是与客户建立联系、联络感情的好时机。感恩节给客户送上一封邮件的问候，不但能促进双方的互动联系，对我们后续开发和跟进客户更加有利。
不过，你要先注意以下三个问题：

并不是所有的西方国家都有感恩节，不要乱发。
感恩节是是北美洲独有的节日，是正式庆典的节日，期意义类似于我国的中秋节。美国是每年11月第四个星期四定为「感恩节」，感恩节假期一般会从星期四持续到星期天。而加拿大即是每年十月的第二个星期一为感恩节。
世界上将感恩节作为法定节假日的国家共有八个,分别是阿根廷、巴西、加拿大、日本、韩国、利比里亚、瑞士和美国。
当然，除了以上这些，世界上还有埃及、希腊等国家有自己独特的感恩节，但英国、法国等欧洲国家却与感恩节绝缘，不要乱发祝福邮件，给没有过感恩节的客户发，涵养好的客户收到这样的祝福，可能尴尬地一笑了之；脾气不好的，收到了极可能要骂你一句「stupid」。人家会觉得你缺乏基本常识的，这样倒不如不发。

要了解感恩节的特色，不要“文不对题”。
感恩节是一个不折不扣的国定假日，美国家庭都要举行丰盛的感恩宴。最常见的传统食品有火鸡、南瓜馅饼和玉米面做的印第安布丁。一些美国人在这一天或举家出游，或探亲访友，尽情享受天伦之乐。感恩节期间，美国城乡都要举行化装游行、戏剧表演和射击、打靶等体育比赛。要注意，这里的南瓜，千万不要跟万圣节的南瓜灯混淆了，看到一个笑话，感恩节送南瓜灯作为礼物的，这是非常不对的做法！！

感恩节是个购物狂欢的节日，要了解和利用。
感恩节过后开业第一天为「黑色星期五」（简称「黑五」），起源于美国，距今过了半个世纪。每年感恩节之后的第一天和紧接着的 Cyber Monday（网络星期一）一起，意味着西方圣诞节购物季的开始，很多商家在此期间推出打折促销优惠活动，这里跟双十一有得比。「黑五」算得上是海外最有名的大促。
了解了以上三点，那么你就可以针对你的客户来发感恩邮件，送上祝福。以下是一些常用的语句与邮件模板，供大家参考：

上边一个模式而已，个别可做些修改。不要千篇一律，要有针对性，特别是对这些已下单的客户一般是一对一的发问候信。
当然，有些人会问，那可以抓住这个机会向客户推销自己的产品吗？建议不要，一般不是那种很熟悉或者合作很久的就不要，客户会觉得你利用节日做营销会不认可，小心适得其反。
感恩节邮件的目的很简单，就是能让收到邮件的客户回复您，并让客户记住你，达到这样的使命就算完成啦~
