澳大利亚工业地产开发商古德曼集团（Goodman Group）近日在惠州市惠阳区正式破土动工建设“古德曼惠阳工业园”，标志着该公司在中国南部的旗舰项目正式启动。
该园区地理位置优越，位于距深圳一小时车程范围内。项目规划开发总面积达 232,644 平方米（约 250 万平方英尺）的优质物流空间，预计最终价值为 9.34 亿元人民币。除提供现代化仓储设施外，园区正积极招募希望设立区域配送中心的客户。
项目将分阶段实施，首期 70,330 平方米（约 80 万平方英尺）计划于 2016 年 9 月前完工。
Goodman Huiyang Industrial Park strategically located in the southern part of Huizhou city in Guangdong Province, within the Huiyang Economic Development Zone. It is in close proximity to the Huizhou port, and offers convenient access, via high-speed train and major expressways, to the key economic cities in thePearl River Deltaregion.

此外，古德曼还计划在惠州开发第二个物流分销设施——“古德曼博罗物流园”。该项目首期 55,000 平方米（60 万平方英尺）同样定于 2016 年 9 月完工，建成后将提供总计 145,000 平方米（150 万平方英尺）的单层优质物流空间。园区地处深圳、东莞和广州之间，依托主要高速公路网络，可实现一小时内通达这三座核心城市。
“华南地区是我们战略扩张计划的重要组成部分，我们打算在此投入大量资本和资源。”皮尔斯表示，“凭借我们在全球及中国市场的卓越业绩，我们已处于有利地位，能够受益于该地区对优质物流空间日益增长的需求。”
目前，古德曼在中国包括上海、南京、沈阳、天津、重庆、成都、武汉、西安、苏州、青岛和合肥在内的多个关键城市，共有 11 个开发项目正在推进中。该集团业务版图还涵盖澳大利亚、新西兰、欧洲、英国、北美和巴西。
