To consolidate responsibilities and rally team synergy, the Office held a mobilization meeting for the "100-Day Campaign." Liu Yueqi, Assistant to General Manager of the Overseas Engineering Division and Director of the Thailand Office, made on-site arrangements, refined tasks for all work streams, clarified measures and timelines, and established a well-defined, coordinated and closed-loop campaign system. All staff of the Office united as one, fostering a strong atmosphere of joint efforts and building up powerful momentum to hit annual targets.

Capitalizing on regional development opportunities, the Thailand Office has intensified local market development. It regularly sorts out key project lists in Thailand and Southeast Asia, updates market ledgers, tracks project information dynamically and analyzes market trends accurately. Meanwhile, it provides high-standard services for client visits, site inspections and business negotiations. In-depth exchanges are conducted on project proposals, schedule arrangements and future strategic cooperation. Professional expertise and sincere services have won client recognition, steadily advancing market expansion.

The Office also keeps enhancing local operation capacity. Team members visited the Rayong Industrial Park to systematically learn practical know-how covering exchange rate risk management, BOI policy application, fiscal and tax compliance, customs clearance and local labor administration. Such efforts shore up weaknesses in local operations, optimize the local operation model and improve adaptability to local market conditions, laying a solid foundation for in-depth regional development.

During market expansion, the Office adheres to the principle of "building brand through project delivery and driving new business by brand reputation". It pushes forward key projects with prioritized resources to guarantee high-standard construction, efficient progress and high-quality handover. They systematically studied local daily operations, personnel administration, policy adaptation and compliance practices, fully understood Thai laws and industrial regulations, identified potential operational risks, improved the local compliance management system, and boosted the team's capacity for overseas risk control and compliant operation, building a safety barrier for market development, project execution and local business.
