DIP & PAY TRANSACTION PROCEDURES FOB: TANK TO VESSEL,HOUSTON/ROTTERDAM / SINGAPORE交易程序离岸价：油罐对油船，休斯顿/鹿特丹/新加坡\Kulevi Port/Batumi Port\哈萨克斯坦的 Port Aktau     

1.Buyer issues ICPO and Company Registration Certificate or any I.D. OR Attached with a charter party agreement  With 【SELLER】 for Seller’s verification.1.买方向【SELLER】签发ICPO和公司注册证书或任何身份证，附带租船协议，以供卖方验证。      

2.Seller issue Draft Commercial Invoice, Buyer signs and returns to Seller with .2.卖方开具商业发票草案，买方签署并将其退还给卖方。           

3. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA to the intermediary to sign3.卖方签发NCNDA/IMFPA给中间人签字。              

4.Seller provides Buyer with FULL POP Documents:           

a.Fresh SGS Report less than 48 hours

b.Dip Test Authorization-Unconditional

c.Injection Report

d.Tank Storage Receipt with GPS Coordinates

e.Tank Farm Bar-code Information

f.Letter of Commitment to Supply.

g.Registration Certificate & Export License Copy

h.Authority to Sell & Collect (ATSC) I. Endorsed Injection Schedule by the buyer & buyer Tank Farm

i.ATV – For Physical Verification.

j.Irrevocable Commitment to Supply for Spot and 12 months Contract.

k.Injection Schedule signed by Buyer & Buyer’s tank farm.

5.Buyer conducts Dip-Test in Seller’s tank, via SGS on Buyer’s expense, Seller injects the fuel to Buyer’s tank and Buyer makes payment based on Q&Q by MT103 wire transfer / TT according to the final Commercial Invoice.5.买方在卖方的储罐中进行浸渍测试，由买方承担费用，通过SGS，卖方将燃料注入买方的储罐，买方根据最终商业发票通过MT103电汇/TT根据CIQ进行付款。

           

6.Seller transfers the title of ownership as per Buyer’s instruction. Buyer lifts the product.6.卖方根据买方的指示转让所有权。买方提货。

           

           

7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between Buyer and seller7.卖方向参与交易的所有中介机构付款，随后根据买方和卖方之间的买卖协议合同的条款和条件，每月继续进行合同装运。
