1月制造业PMI：中国下滑，欧美回升

中国PMI为50.1%，环比下降0.2个百分点；其中新出口订单指数为48.1%，环比上升0.8个百分点。（中国物流与采购联合会发布）

1月，中国制造业PMI在收缩区间下行，供给端继续下滑，需求端有所回落，其中新订单指数连续三个月扩张后转入收缩区间，表明制造业市场活跃度降低，且新出口订单指数仍位于收缩区间；美国1月制造业活动扩张幅度优于预期，其中新订单指数录得55.1、继续处于扩张区间，表明企业信心正在改善，美国制造业前景趋于乐观；欧元区继续上升，新订单和就业增长缓慢但略有加速，人们乐观情绪加强，但因为欧洲政治的不确定性，短期内PMI指数可能不会出现大幅上升。

美国1月非农新增就业14.3万大幅低于预期

2月7日，美国劳工统计局数据显示，美国1月非农就业人口增长14.3万人，为三个月最低水平，远不及预期17.5万人。与此同时，12月新增就业人数从25.6万大幅上修，至30.7万。1月失业率为4%，低于预期和前值的4.1%。

2月7日，海关总署党委书记孙梅君在全国海关工作会议上表示，2024年我国外贸首次突破43万亿元大关，同比增长5%，连续第8年保持货物贸易第一大国地位。

1月26日，国货航开通成都-阿姆斯特丹全货机航线，由A330F执飞，每周4班，主要运载电子产品、跨境电商及机械配件等。

1月份全国共新开国际货运航线27条

中物联公布，2025年1月，全国共新开27条国际货运航线，每周增加超过43个往返航班。从航向结构来看，欧洲航线15条，亚洲、南美洲、非洲航线各1条。货物结构以跨境电商货物、电子产品、汽车配件等为主。

顺丰航空获得IATA CEIV Pharma认证

1月22日，顺丰航空正式获得国际航空运输协会（IATA）颁发的CEIV Pharma（药品物流独立验证卓越中心）认证，成为国内少数获得该认证的航司之一。

法国港口因罢工面临严重中断

2月5日，全球第一大海运货代德迅发出警告，称由于持续的罢工，法国港口面临严重的中断。德迅在通知中表示，法国港口在1月30日和31日停工48小时，已经造成严重破坏，影响法国全国的集装箱港口；更糟糕的是，码头工人还计划在2月份举行罢工。

社会物流成本降至2006年以来的最低水平

国家发改委最新统计结果显示，2024年我国社会物流总费用与GDP的比率为14.1%，比上年下降0.3个百分点，降至2006年正式建立统计以来的最低水平。从主要物流环节来看，2024年，运输费用与GDP的比率下降0.2个百分点，管理费用与GDP的比率下降0.1个百分点。

春节假期全国揽投快递包裹超19亿件

国家邮政局公布，今年春节假期（1月28日至2月4日），全国揽收和投递快递包裹超19亿件。其中，揽收快递包裹11.45亿件，与去年农历同期相比增长31%，投递快递包裹7.82亿件，与去年农历同期相比增长26.7%。此外，自春运开始以来（1月14日至2月4日），全国邮政快递业揽收快递包裹80.35亿件，与2024年春运同期相比增长37.6%；投递快递包裹86.46亿件，与2024年春运同期相比增长35%。

TikTok将在德国推出物流服务

近日，TikTok Shop宣布即将进入德国市场，并推出TikTok物流服务（Fulfilled by TikTok，FBT）。该服务将帮助卖家通过TikTok的仓库网络进行存储、拣货、包装及发货，从而简化卖家的物流管理。

越南五大电商2024年总收入增近四成

2024 年，越南电商领域成绩斐然。据 Metric 数据，Shopee、TikTok Shop、Lazada、Tiki 和 Sendo 这五大电商平台总收入高达 318.9 万亿越南盾（折合 126.2 亿美元），较去年同期强势增长 37.4%，销售商品数量更是同比激增 50.76%，达到 34.2 亿件。

海南省出台促进航空物流高质量发展二十条措施

近日，海南省开放航权工作专班办公室印发《海南省促进航空物流高质量发展若干措施》，围绕增强航空货运基础保障能力、发展临空经济等业态、完善配套政策支持等方面推出二十条具体措施，旨在加快推进海南自贸港航空物流高质量发展，服务“两个基地”“两个枢纽”“两个网络”建设。

《若干措施》提出，到2025年底，建立较完善的航空物流保障体系，全省机场货邮吞吐量力争达到32万吨，境外货运航线数量达到10条以上，境外航空货邮吞吐量达2.5万吨以上；到2027年底，全省机场货邮吞吐量力争达到35万吨，境外货运航线数量达到12条以上，境外航空货邮吞吐量达2.8万吨以上。

Japan approves ANA Holding’s takeover of Nippon Cargo Airlines

日本相关部门批准全日空航空收购日本货运航空。目前，日本货运航空运营八架 B747-800F与五架 B747-400F，而全日空航空运营六架B767 F和两架B777F。

ANA Holdings has received approval for its planned takeover of Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) from Japan's Fair Trade Commission (JFTC). ANA first announced its plans to purchase Boeing 747-8 freighter operator NCA from the NYK shipping group in March 2023.

However, the deal has been delayed four times. ANA had originally anticipated to complete the deal on 1 October 2023, but this was later pushed back until 1 February 2024, then 1 April 2024, then July 1 2024 and finally in June last year, the proposed takeover date was pushed back to March 2025.

ANA said the delays were down to the approval process being carried out by competition regulators. Shipping group NYK decided to sell NCA to ANA due to the ongoing costs of running the cargo airline.

NCA currently operates a fleet of eight 747-8 freighter aircraft and owns five 747-400 freighters that are operated by ASL and Atlas Air. ANA said at the time the deal was announced that the takeover would dramatically enhance its international air cargo network and products and services based in Japan. All Nippon Airways operates six Boeing 767 freighters and two Boeing 777 freighters. It is understood the two airlines would continue to operate on separate operating certificates.

DHL and Neste delve deeper into SAF to cut airfreight emissions

DHL集团和可持续燃料生产商Neste将共同评估可持续航空燃料（SAF）如何支持DHL实现其航空运输脱碳目标。

DHL Group and sustainable fuels producer Neste will jointly evaluate how sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) can support DHL in its air transport decarbonisation targets.

The parties will develop a commercial model that is expected by 2030 to lead to the off-take of around 300,000 tons of Neste's neat (unblended) SAF per year for DHL, as well as enable the sale and purchase of additional volumes of SAF.

As well as looking at how Neste's SAF can help DHL lower air transport emissions, the agreement will also look at how Neste's HVO100 renewable diesel can reduce DHL's road transport emissions.

DHL Group aims to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emission logistics by 2050.  Interim targets by 2030 include electrifying two-thirds of last-mile delivery vehicles and increasing the share of more sustainable fuels across all transportation modes to more than 30%, which includes the use of SAF.

Neste and DHL Group have already been working successfully together for several years, for example in the field of SAF deliveries.

Additionally, Neste and DHL Group supported the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) to pioneer and test the ISCC Credit Transfer System, which enables airlines, logistics providers, and end customers, such as corporations, to credibly report the emission reductions achieved using SAF for reducing their carbon footprint in air travel and freight transport.
