2026年9月14日,德国汉诺威,全球商用车界焦点汇聚——第72届德国汉诺威国际商用车展及配件展览会(IAA Transportation 2026)正式开展。本届展会,东风汽车以“乘东风·氢同行(With DONGFENG, Drive HYDROGEN)”为主题,携三款氢能整车,与全球首发400kW燃料电池产品及关键技术亮相,以“全球零碳价值合作伙伴”的姿态,向世界展示中国汽车品牌在氢能领域近30年的深耕成果与商业化解决方案。
2026年,全球商用车加速零碳转型浪潮,氢能作为零碳物流的重要答案,其规模化、商业化落地方案,成为全球商用车车企的战略重心。在此之前,东风汽车前瞻布局氢燃料电池研发应用与整车制造,近30年深耕不辍。截止目前,已构建起从材料到整车的全栈自研体系,覆盖20kW至400kW全场景应用需求,并在中国40+城市完成氢能商业化验证,累计运营车辆超10000台。东风汽车带着商用车市场的规模化运营经验走向汉诺威,期待与全球伙伴共享东风答案,并肩开启零碳新未来。

发布会的关键点是T1商用车新能源平台,这是行业首个基于场景正向开发、软硬件一体化设计的全新平台。
据东风汽车商用车事业部T1-H PM赵峰介绍,T1平台涵盖燃料电池模块、储氢模块、动力电池模块、电驱系统模块、中央域控系统、集成热管理模块六大核心模块。400kW氢燃料电池电堆,通过催化剂革新与膜电极优化,常用工况效率突破58%;储氢模块一次加氢可实现1700公里超长续航;集成热管理模块可实现30余种智能模式精准控温、降低能耗。六大模块、协同发力,凝聚为“低氢耗、轻量化、长寿命、高安全”四大核心用户价值,基于大功率燃料电池全工况智能协同控制技术——预见性巡航(PCC) 与V2X融合感知,实现从被动响应到主动预判的动力系统代际跨越,显著优化长途重卡等效氢耗及燃料电池系统耐久性。整车自重低至8.8吨、百公里氢耗小于7公斤、氢堆耐久性突破33000小时(等效寿命),全面满足商业化运营需求。
在汽车与能源行业深耕二十余年的国际氢能与燃料电池协会欧洲与美洲首席执行官本尼・奥延(Benny Oeyen)亲眼见证了东风氢能的研发历程,他表示:“东风这条道路与全球迈向零碳未来的愿景高度契合,依托真实项目落地实践,东风攻克了大功率电堆长寿命衰减控制、整车能耗优化等一系列硬核工程难题,东风 T1 商用车新能源平台直击物流行业痛点,实现高达 1700 公里的实际续航里程,自研的 400kW氢燃料电池电堆,顺利通过 10000 小时耐久性测试,性能跻身全球第一梯队。未来,希望与东风团队紧密合作,推动氢能技术方案在全球更多场景和更多区域落地应用,共同助力全球交通领域脱碳。”

适配150kW氢燃料电池电堆的系统,适用中大型客车、中重型载货车、自卸车、牵引车等车型,兼顾购置成本与运营经济性,具有高集成、高可靠、长寿命、强环境适应性。
适配120kW 氢燃料电池电堆的系统,适用轻型客车、轻型商用车、乘用车等车型,典型场景包括4.5吨冷链物流车、8吨轻卡,满足城际配送需求,具备高集成、高可靠、强环境适应性、低噪声的特点。
氢内燃机混动系统,基于东风统一多能源重型发动机平台开发,发动机排量16.2L,可实现最大功率412kW、最大扭矩2500N·m。根据工况需求,系统具备纯电、混驱、增程、制动、保电等14种工作模式,大幅提升了氢动力系统在实际应用场景中的综合效率。

DONGFENG unveils Zero-Carbon Solutions

In 2026, the global commercial-vehicle industry is accelerating its zero‑carbon transition. As a significant solution for zero-emission logistics, scalable and commercially viable hydrogen vehicles have become a strategic priority for commercial-vehicle OEMs worldwide. Ahead of market trends, DONGFENG Motor Group has pursued forward-looking initiatives in R&D, application of hydrogen fuel cells and complete-vehicle manufacturing, with nearly 30 years of in-depth development. To date, it has built a full-range fuel-cell stack portfolio spanning 20 kW to 400 kW, supporting passenger vehicles, light and heavy trucks and special-purpose vehicles. It has carried out commercial‑scale validation in over 40 cities across China, more than 10,000 vehicles in service. Bringing its large‑scale operational experience from Chinese-market deployments to Hannover, DONGFENG looks forward to cooperating with global partners, sharing market‑proven practical expertise with them and jointly shaping a new net‑zero future.

DONGFENG’s self-developed Hydrogen-Electric
Integrated Smart Platform
The focus of the event is the T1 new-energy commercial-vehicle platform, the industry’s first hydrogen-electric integrated smart platform built on full-scenario and hardware-software integration.
According to Zhao Feng, T1-H PM at DONGFENG Commercial Vehicle Business Division, the T1 platform has six core modules: fuel-cell module, hydrogen storage module, power-battery module, electric-drive system module, central domain controller and integrated thermal-management system. The 400 kW hydrogen fuel‑cell stack achieves over 58-percent efficiency under typical operating conditions thanks to catalyst innovation and membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) optimization; Hydrogen storage module delivers a single-refueling range of 1,700 km; The integrated thermal-management module delivers precise temperature control and notable energy‑saving performance via over 30 intelligent operating modes. These six modules work together to deliver four core user values: low hydrogen consumption, light weight, long service life, and high-level safety. Built on high-power fuel cell full-condition intelligent coordinated control technology with Predictive Cruise Control (PCC) and V2X perception fusion, the powertrain achieves a generational shift from passive response to active prediction, cutting equivalent hydrogen consumption and improving fuel cell durability for long-haul heavy trucks. It delivers a hydrogen consumption as low as 7 kg per 100 km, a curb weight as low as 8.8 tons, and an equivalent durability of 33,000 operating hours, fully satisfying commercial‑operation requirements.
Benny Oeyen, CEO for Europe and the Americas at the International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association with more than 20 years of profound experience across automotive and energy sectors, has witnessed DONGFENG Hydrogen’s R&D journey first-hand. He stated that this journey deeply aligns with our global drive toward a zero-carbon future. Through real-world project execution, DONGFENG has solved the hardest engineering hurdles—from long-life decay control for high-power stacks to optimizing vehicle-level energy consumption. By directly targeting these logistics pain points, the DONGFENG T1 platform delivers a real-world driving range of 1,700 kilometers. The in-house 400 kW hydrogen fuel cell stack passed the 10,000-hour durability test, standing out at the very top of its class globally. In the future, Benny looks forward to working closely with the DONGFENG team to accelerate the deployment and application of this mature hydrogen technology solution across diverse scenarios and regions worldwide, and drive the decarbonization of global transport forward.

Commercial-Vehicle Portfolio
Three hydrogen-powered models built on DONGFENG’s T1 New-Energy Commercial-Vehicle Platform make their simultaneous debut.
This is a durable workhorse for long-haul trunk logistics. It delivers remarkable TCO advantages over conventional-energy vehicles. With large hydrogen storage and high-power systems, it is built for long-distance trunk-logistics. The vehicle is also equipped with DONGFENG’s brand-new SUPER cabin, delivering greater space, enhanced comfort and cutting-edge technology.
This is dependable partner for resource transportation. Tailored to each route's refueling and charging, and optimized for peak-valley electricity pricing, it can run on hydrogen or electricity, maximizing operational value.
This is the high‑efficiency guardian for cold‑chain delivery. From fresh produce to pharmaceutical cold chains, from city distribution to inter‑city trunk lines, it delivers stable and long range, precise temperature control, and minimal cargo loss. Hydrogen power keeps every trip fresh and safe.
In addition, DONGFENG exhibited three hydrogen fuel cell systems equipped with 120kW, 150kW and 400kW hydrogen fuel cell stacks, alongside a hydrogen internal combustion engine hybrid system, fully demonstrating DONGFENG’s full-stack technology portfolio in the hydrogen energy sector.
The system with the 400kW hydrogen fuel cell stack targets long-haul routes, heavy-duty transport, frigid and high-altitude scenarios. It achieves a peak efficiency of 65%, a gravimetric power density of 1350 W/kg, dynamic response of 60 kW/s and an equivalent lifetime of 33,000 hours. It supports cold start at -40°C, meeting the core demands of long-haul customers for reliability and durability.
The system with the 150kW hydrogen fuel cell stack is applicable to medium‑and‑large‑size buses, medium‑and‑heavy‑duty trucks, dump trucks and tractors. It balances acquisition cost and operational economy, delivering high integration, high reliability, long service life and strong environmental adaptability.
The system with the 120kW hydrogen fuel cell stack is applicable to light-duty buses, light commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles. Typical applications include 4.5‑ton refrigerated vans, 8-ton light trucks, covering intercity distribution requirements. It features high integration, high reliability, strong environmental adaptability and low noise.
The hydrogen internal combustion engine hybrid system is developed on DONGFENG’s unified multi-energy heavy-duty engine platform. With an engine displacement of 16.2 L, it delivers a peak power of 412 kW and a peak torque of 2500 N·m. According to operating conditions, the system supports 14 operating modes including pure electric, hybrid drive, range-extending, braking and charge retention, greatly boosting the overall efficiency of the hydrogen power system in real-world applications.
