面对未来大学专业选择，我一直存在不少迷茫，这也是我参与本次项目的主要原因。我希望跳出书本，通过真实的职业体验拓宽视野、找准兴趣方向，为升学选专业提供实际参考。
I was pretty lost about which college major to pick—that's actually the main reason I signed up. I wanted to step away from textbooks and get a real feel for the working world, so I could explore different paths and make a more informed choice later.
本项目的核心任务是完成产品研发与商业营销落地。针对当代青少年学业压力大、睡眠质量不佳的问题，我们团队设计了一款多功能睡眠帽，集白噪音播放、头部按摩、蒸汽护眼、睡眠监测功能于一体。在小组中，我主要负责创意构思、参与头脑风暴，协助完善商业方案、打磨产品细节，全程参与创业计划书制作与模拟路演筹备。
The core task of the program was to come up with a product and figure out how to sell it. Noticing how stressed out teens are these days with schoolwork and how badly they sleep, our team designed a multi-function sleep cap—it plays white noise, gives head massages, has steam eye care, and tracks your sleep all in one. In my group, I took charge of brainstorming ideas, helping shape the business plan, polishing product details, and working on the final pitch deck and mock presentation.

在项目初期，团队成员想法多样、思路不一，我们通过充分讨论、明确分工，结合导师指导不断调整优化，最终敲定成熟的产品设计与商业模式。这让我明白，好创意必须贴合真实需求、具备可行性，也切实锻炼了我的团队协作与问题解决能力。
At first, everyone had different opinions and it felt a bit chaotic. But we talked things through, split up the work clearly, and kept tweaking our ideas with mentor feedback until we landed on a solid product and business model. This taught me that a cool idea has to actually meet people's real needs and be doable—plus it really boosted my teamwork and problemsolving skills.

AISSU日常培养的学习与协作能力，为我顺利完成本次研学提供了坚实支撑。在校养成的主动学习、独立思考习惯，让我能自主查阅资料、高效解决项目实操难题，而学校常态化的课堂研讨、小组合作模式，让我敢于主动表达观点、融入团队协作，从容参与创意打磨与方案优化。
The learning and collaboration habits I've built at AISSU were a huge help throughout this whole trip. The self-motivated learning and independent thinking I picked up at school made it easy for me to look up info on my own and tackle tricky project issues. And the regular class discussions and group work we do back home gave me the confidence to speak up, share my thoughts, and work smoothly with my teammates on all the creative and planning stuff.
此次UCL实战经历，让我对商科与创业赛道有了更真实、立体的理解，也让我对未来的专业选择更加清晰笃定。
This UCL practical experience has enabled me to have a more realistic and comprehensive understanding of the business and entrepreneurship fields, and has also made my future professional choice clearer and more certain.
