宁波粮和油多多电子商务有限公司及其合作方，在北京参加 2026 年 “99” 全球链商节与丰台开放发展大会后，将于近期到访乌干达，实地评估建厂机遇。乌干达农业、畜牧业与渔业部驻华代表处受宁波粮和油多多邀请参会，并登上舞台参与活动启动仪式。
Ningbo Lydd E-Commerce Co., Ltd and its partners will visit Uganda after attending the 2026 "99" Global Business Linkage Festival and Fengtai Opening-up and Development Conference in Beijing, to conduct on-site assessment of opportunities for plant construction. Invited by Ningbo Lydd, the China Representative Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) of Uganda participated in the festival and took the stage for the official launch ceremony of the event.
截至目前，宁波粮和油多多已采购 200 余集装箱乌干达咖啡，这一采购规模反映出中国市场对乌干达原产咖啡的商业需求持续增长。
Ningbo Lydd has purchased over 200 containers of Ugandan coffee to date, a volume that reflects the deepening commercial appetite for Ugandan origin in the Chinese market.
本次出访计划，标志着双方合作由单纯采购咖啡生豆，转向在乌干达本土开展农产品增值加工，这也是乌干达农业发展战略的核心目标。在乌干达本土建设加工产能，能够让咖啡、可可产业链更多价值留在当地，创造就业岗位，提升出口收益。
The planned visit signals a shift from sourcing green beans toward value addition on Ugandan soil, a central objective of Uganda’s agricultural strategy. Establishing processing capacity in-country would retain more of the coffee and cocoa value chain in Uganda, supporting jobs and higher export earnings.
本次合作依托乌干达产品对华零关税准入政策。随着国内精品咖啡、单一产地咖啡需求不断扩大，该政策持续增强乌干达咖啡的市场竞争力。若 9 月洽谈顺利推进，该项目将成为重要的实质性进展：双边合作不再局限于生豆贸易，将迈向长期农产品增值合作。
The engagement builds on Uganda’s zero-tariff access to the Chinese market, which continues to position Ugandan coffee competitively as Chinese demand for specialty and single-origin coffee expands. Should the September discussions advance, the proposal would mark a concrete step beyond green-bean trade toward a lasting value-added partnership.
