India, Indonesia and Laos supplied about $4.5 billion of U.S. solar imports in 2025, accounting for roughly two-thirds of the total, according to U.S. government trade data.
The U.S. International Trade Commission is due to issue its final injury determination on October 14. If it finds that the imports harmed or threatened domestic manufacturers, the Commerce Department is expected to issue final duty orders in November.
